I always get the help I need when I go to the store. I only wish they would bring back the 5% discount for using the home depot card.

store was well laid and employees were courteous and knowledge.

The store was well stocked. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable associate.

This store is always clean , products are available most of the time associates are always around to assist , help is there if i need it , cashiers are always nice to me.

I went to the store before I received a text to let me know my on line order was ready for pick up. The associates did not blink an eye. They assisted me in getting the item with professionalism, courtesy and smiles. I will definitely continue to shop on line and at this store. The associates made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. Great Family.

i was greeted on entering the store ,my experience was wonderful from entering to leaving the store

needed a lot of lumber cut for my sons school project.store assoc. that did all the cutting was outstanding,he was very patient ,courteous,and fast. store was clean and they had everything that we needed.

Not only this location, but others as well; have outstanding customer service, friendly go to personnel (from janitor, to manager), willingness to go above and beyond for their customers, and all with a smile and thank you!!

Gail (ASSOCIATE #GEC3858) WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HELPING US PICK OUT A NEW KITCHEN. WE HAD BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR IN THE PAST FROM HER WITH THE SAME EXPERIENCE. KUDOS TO HOME DEPOT FOR HAVING SUCH A PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR KITCHEN APPLIANCE SECTION.

All it takes is one person who isn't judgemental on your physical characteristic and only views you as a human being giving you accurate information on building supplies and professional assistance keeps me at this store location

Once again the lumber associates in Loganville went above and beyond the help I needed and they never act like its an inconvenience to help load carts or your truck. Rather, they make the first move and come to me to help without being asked. They treat every customer special and it seems like they know everyone that comes in. The associates and the customers joke together in a good lighthearted way like they've been friends forever. They make the whole experience pleasurable rather than a shopping burden. Sorry I don't live 2 miles from this store anymore but at least it is only 3 miles from work. Loganville is the Best Home Depot around.

We came here to buy a ceiling fan and found exactly what we wanted. An associate helped us while we were looking and we were very happy with what we bought!

Store is well organized. All associates are willing to provide help. Just about everyone assigned to a department is very knowledgeable.

I live in Conyers, but much prefer to drive to the Loganville store, even though the Conyers store is bigger and more stocked. Just feel more at ease there!

I wanted to purchase an item that is security controlled. There is normally a 'pull ticket' on the sales floor that you take to the cashier. They retrieve the item from the lockup for you and complete the sale. Today there were no 'pull tickets' on the floor for the item I wanted, but homedepot.com said there were 7 in stock st that store. The associate in the department said "Well, if all the cards are gone, it's outta stock." Not satisfied, I went to the service desk with sku number in hand. The associate there retrieved the item, rang it up for me and I was on my way. Bottom line is this; if you know which item you want and there are no 'pull tickets' on the sales floor for it, check the website or just go up front and have someone physically check availability for you.

I always get great service here as well as a clean well organized store.

Today's visit reminded me of visits to Home Deport years ago when you were always greeted upon entry and could always count on an associate to help when needed. Unfortunately many visits before to this store have been without any encounter with a store associate even when one was watching you look for a specific item without success. I know was because of Thanksgiving but it was still a pleasant visit. I needed 2 specific items from different areas that were not on the shelf and an associate was there to locate both for me. The two ladies were very friendly and very quick to locate the items. The cashier, Cynthia, was very friendly and helpful. Would like to see this store exhibit this type of service all year long and not just on special occasions. GREAT JOB TODAY!

Jack,in lumber,was the most helpful associate I have ever had! He took all the time necessary to measure and cut the wood for my project. He measured before and after the cuts to make certain everything was right. I will gladly recommend the Loganville store every time!

I was in the store because I received a gift card. I was several times if I needed help without prompting. I had a great overall experience with this store.
