How do I fix a drafty door?
If you have cold air seeping in under the door, check your door sweep, the rubber piece on the door bottom, for cracks and missing pieces. Replace it if it's damaged. When a house settles unevenly, pieces that once fit snugly can go off-kilter. Gaps can form around the sides of doors or the thresholds may loosen with time. Fill the space with weather stripping or foam tape, and caulk any cracks in the wooden door frame. If you're still feeling drafts around the door, place an insulated fabric door snake along the ground.

What are good wintertime DIY projects?
In colder climates, it's challenging to work out in the elements. However, cleaning up the yard before spring gives the earth time to settle before plants start growing again. A weekend organizing and cleaning the basement, shed, or garage will pay off when spring comes. You won't have to replace lost tools with new ones because you can find what you've got. Polish up the tools, clean the rest of the house with cleaning tools, and you'll be ready when the weather warms.

How can chainsaws help with winter and spring yard cleanup?
If you didn't get around to cleaning up yard debris or fallen branches in the fall, handle it when the weather warms. Use chainsaws to remove dead or broken branches from trees. It'll give new growth room to flourish. Oil up your Milwaukee chainsaw before using it, and swap out any dull or rusted chains. Unless you're a trained arborist, please leave large tree removal to the pros. Trees already on the ground can be cut into smaller pieces and hauled away.

Are Kids Workshops offered at the Loganville Home Depot?
Yes, the Loganville store offers in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. You may secure your Kids Workshop kit by registering online for the event. Keep little doers engaged with a new kit pack for each event. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. Extreamly Helpful
My son needed supplies for his Eagle Project. The management and staff went above and beyond in helping him get the supplies he needed. I will be driving the extra couple of miles to go only to the Loganville store.

                  Exceptional Customer service
Sydney Harvey who is no kin to Steve Harvey is the best guy to look for at Home Depot. What I thought was going to be a tedious process turned out to be the easiest purchase ever and I was well educated on the to do's and not to do. Learned about the different features. Ask for Sydney if you go to Home Depot in Loganville.
