I made 2 trips in one day for plants, flowers and 50 bags of gardening soil. Both trips I experienced the greatest customer service! From the time I walked up to begin selecting my flowers all the way to loading 50 bags of soil in my vehicle. I love this location and recommend everyone goes here for superior customer service.

Bought $65.00 bag of fertilizer but didn’t notice that top seam had been taped closed. Bag ended up being 4lbs short of the manufacturer labeled weight

My son needed supplies for his Eagle Project. The management and staff went above and beyond in helping him get the supplies he needed. I will be driving the extra couple of miles to go only to the Loganville store.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional employees, Mike and Nate, at Loganville #172 who went above and beyond to help my family during our recent visit on 11/29. We came in to purchase a real Christmas tree, and these team members not only assisted us in selecting the perfect tree but also took the extra time and care to trim and securely tie it down to our car on a cold night. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made our experience memorable. In a busy holiday season, their positive attitude and dedication to customer service stood out and reminded us why we choose Home Depot for our family traditions. Please extend our gratitude and appreciation to Mike and Nate for their outstanding service. They are a credit to your company and an excellent example of what great customer care looks like.

I bought a water heater a month ago. We had some issues but honestly, I didn’t think Home Depot would go out of their way to take care of me the way they did. They refunded the whole unit that was awesome. Thank you for your customer service Definitely be back shopping with you guys. They told me they will pay attention no more mistakes like that.

I shop at this location at least once a month and always get great customer service from the store associates. They’re friendly and professional. Special mention to the guys in the garden center who ask if I would like assistance loading my car before I even need to ask! I appreciate their assistance as I am getting on the older side of life and some things are too heavy for me to do alone.

Always shopping at Home Depot vas the customer service, quality and price are always good and it's always convenient.

I stop by to purchased a PVC pipe and some joint I was working on a project, there was a gentleman organizing some item in the department, he saw me and offered if I need it helping said yes, it nice of him. Yesterday I stop by as well to get some stuff and at the cashier 1 there was a nice lady her name was Lindsay, she ask me if I was part of the rewards program, I say no, that nobody has ask me about it, she took the time to show me and set up the account, it was really nice of her. Also the day before yesterday (6/10) at the self check out register the lady in charge she greet me and say Thank you.

I was just at the store their customer service is very polite and professional. Their employees are the best and I love shopping here I recommend anyone go here I drive from Snellville to this store due to their customer service. I have Home Depot on corner of my house on US 78 and killian hill rd . Their sevice is awfull . So I drive to this location further up the 78 and like a hotel experience.

I’ve been to many Home Depot’s in Georgia and this store has one of the friendliest and helpful staffs around! Shout out to the Pro Desk Team for taking excellent care of me! Only store I’ll shop at going forward.

You all should ideally make sure that all the items in the plumbing section of the Home Depot store in Loganville, Georgia 30052 are hanging on their respective rod. This way, the customers can find the items they want to find, buy, and use with more ease. However, there are customers other than myself who may be responsible for creating this disorganization in Bay 25 of Aisle 6. I am very grateful of the Black American male employee who helped me find, test for fitting, and be able to buy the Everbilt Compression Cap LFA-105 as quickly as possible. Thank s to him and to you all again!

Your employees avoid customers. I can never find help. Poorly trained and don't give a crap. I have to load everything I buy 100 cender blocks by myself. Your people will stand aloof and watch. I'm sick of it.

Down isle 8 with only an IDEA of what I was looking for…..explained it rather badly…,AND STILL THE ASSOCIATE UNDERSTOOD and lead me right up to product with explanation and options!

Dan in appliances was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He only works weekends and that is when I'll come back (provided I need more appliances).

We couldn’t find an item we knew you had and staff member said you didn’t carry the item, so we looked on our phone at HomeDepot.com. We found item and the aisle and bay it was located!! We found the item and made our purchase.

I needed 6 shelves m, only had 3 and 1 was damaged. Cashier said she would discount it for me, I asked what she was going to do and she replied with specific amounts but did not hold to her word and I didn't notice til 1-2 days later. I don't feel right going back to complain so I'm just stuck not happy about the kind of business they do

The unit works great and makes about the same level of noise as the one it replaced. (think of a small window AC unit to get an idea of the noise level). I wish one had been on display so I could see the size of the hose connections and ways to clean the inside once it starts to clog up.
