I needed to protect my house and family with smoke detectors and be cause of the products that I already bought the manager Kat suggested one that worked with my home automation. I could not be happier!!!!

The Manager Kat took the time to help me and find me everything I needed. While suggesting other items pertaining to what I needed. Also addressing other things about prior sales.

Kerry from the kitchen cabinet department went over and above. We have a strict budget that we are fowling and she made sure we stayed there. She gave us all our options but stayed on point.. Brandon helped with the pro side to finish up. Home Depot is the place to go..

I had no idea how to build a shelf the got me every thing i needed.

Home Depot's Behr paint is the BEST! It has great coverage, and well worth the money. Les Thomas is so friendly and helpful in the paint department. I love shopping at our Home Depot.

Stopped in to pick up some 4x8' sheets of PT plywood, I needed one of them cut along the length equally 4 times, the associate didn't give me any grief, he worked fast and was friendly. Great option if you lack the equipment at home.

the associate was very helpfull in the purchase of my new samsung 4 door refrigerator.

While I was still shopping for some additional items I left my cart near the pro check out desk. The associate was scanning Items in anticipation of my return. Then while taking out part of my purchases Two associates including the casher started loading ready mix on a second cart for me. I had not asked for the help. Their helpfulness is awesome.

Derek in the Ludington store was GREAT. He was very helpful and most of all he was patient . We appreciate it very much. And that is the reason we stay with Home Depot for our appliances , paint etc.

I shopped all three big box stores on the internet; only Home Depot had the brand that I wanted. It was in stock. It was a heavy item and the store associate loaded it onto a cart for me and went with me to my van and loaded it.

It was clean, bright, and the associate was helpful.

Our experience at this store keeps us coming back. The associates that work there really care about the customer, and are very willing to go the extra mile. We are asked at every visit if we need any help or if we can be pointed in the right direction. Rich in the hardware is extremely knowledgeable and Aaron in flooring is simply amazing! They are two of MANY there that really go the extra mile. We have three other places locally where we can shop, but because of Rich and Aaron and their colleagues, we go to Home Depot first!
