There were no associates was needed at the time of purchase.

Stopped in for some parts to finish a job. Found them quickly. They were reasonably priced. Don't really like self checkout, so I use cashier when available. Regina was the lucky cashier and she was delightful to talk with.

I often shop the Lynchburg Home Depot and can easily find the items I am looking for. The associates are always helpful, courteous, and professional. If an item is not in stock or carried by the store, they do everything to help you find it.

I went in Home Depot to purchase a package of one hundred one-half inch wood screws. I found the product on isle 14 and carried the package to a cashier. When he scanned the package of screws the machine showed $7.00. I told the Cashier that the one-half inch screws were listed at $2.80. He then asked the head Cashier, "Candy" to check it. She and I walked back to isle 14 and she saw the price is $2.80 and she had a hand held scanner and she scanned the price, then we walked to a Cashregister and she checked me out. She was very friendly and evidently when she was born, her Mother must have know that she would be a sweet girl and latter, a sweet lady, so she named her "Candy". As an 83 year old male, I appreciated a Sweet Lady helping me make my purchase. I recommend that she get a BIG RAISE! AND no, I am not kin to her nor had ever seen her before today. SHE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!

I've always shopped at Home Depot and they have what I'm looking for 99% of the time. I always find new products that motivate me to complete on-going or past projects. I always forget to buy things I need around the house & Home Depot is a good reminder. I could literally shop here all day!

I went in today to purchase a generator and everyone was so helpful. Just a great overall experiance and so glad we have a Home Depot here in Lynchburg. This is my favorite box store that's for sure!

I am purchasing a new house and needed multiple things. I started out in the paint department looking for all the things I would need for the painters to get the job done. I know nothing about painting but the middle age black female working in the paint department sure knew what she was doing and w/o her I would have been lost. She helped me get everything I need but the paint but I will be going back to get it closer to time of need. She was a life saver. Then I needed a mailbox/post, insulation foam spray, & gutter guards. I was approached by a young white male in the center walk way who ask if he could help me with anything and I took him up on the offer. Help me he did and did a great job of doing so. We went from one side of the store to the other and he was beside me every step of the way helping me get things off my list. Lastly was check out which a middle age white female assisted me. She was very kind to me as well. She told me about the survey I could feel out for a chance to win but filling this survey out is not about me winning anything it's about a job well done and that was accomplished for me today. I work in a local Emergency Department and I always say people never get recognized for the good they do but we sure get noted for the bad. Thank you all for assisting me today and keep up the good work. Sorry I did not get names of the staff.

Minerva and Samuel at the customer pick up counter were most helpful and knowledgeable of my order and questions I had concerning other related products that I bought. They both have a sense of humor and make spending money at their store a fun experience!

Love the store. Easy to find things and the store is well organized. The lines are never backed up and very easy to get in and out. The people are always friendly and very helpful.

I have always found shopping at Home Depot to be very easy, and satisfying. I usually find everything I want. Sometimes even very odd things.

The store was pleasant and orderly making the time spent there enjoyable! The cashier was fun, kind and caring.

Store associate in Baths named Matt helped me with a toilet. Helped load it on a cart and even took it upfront and loaded it into my car for me! Great customer service and very knowledgeable!

I had come to your store to buy stain for our decks. The first associate ask me some questions and gave me information on how to do my project. I bought only deck cleaner that day because he told me that in a couple of days the stain would have a rebate. So when I came back it was a different associate and he mixed the stain and had me check it before I left to make sure it was the right color.

This store is very clean! And the prices are low compared to other stores!

I was not happy about the sales associate showing me wall tile when I had said I was looking for floor tile. When I went back after picking out tile I really liked just to find out I could not use that tile because it was for walls only!! He had specifically showed me a tile that was on sale for a short period of time.

The store was clean and easy to find products. Did not need assistance.

If you need most items for painting supplies, easy obtaining most items, good wood.

I only needed one hardware item, but, i always enjoy the shopping experience at Home Depot..The employees are friendly and courteous and the store is well stocked with quality items.

I visit the Home Depot in Lynchburg at least once a week. The store is clean at all times and the employees are extremely helpful. The paint department employees have been helpful to us over the years as we have remodeled and painted all of the rooms in our house.

The products purchased were easy to locate and the person that assisted me knew her stuff.

A clerk at returns offered to check us out when he realized we were trying to find an open check out lane near where we parked he very graciously offered to check us out.

The store was clean and organized. Home Depot is consistent. The associates are friendly and helpful. Easy access and location in good ole Lynchburg.
