HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. asked to check out and was told to use self-check, while 3 employees stood around and discussed how to laminate a badge. WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND I LIVE DOWN THE STREET!! HIRE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK!! I only provided 1 star because I couldn't complete review or else it would have been -0

Hard to get someone to help right away. They seem to be overwhelmed helping other departments.

I guess I would say Home Depot is user friendly everything is easy to find and the associates are helpful and curticios. No 1 thing always clean and organized Thanks Home Depot!

This store is frequented by shoppers who represent the area in which the store is in. The staff assumes that shoppers are unaware of when they are being ignored or they are treated with unprofessional attitudes. Management disrespects the staff and does not reward good performance with promotions. This stores has staff that eats at registers and they are hard to located when you need help. High turnover due to managements desire to disrespect staff, despite the fact they some are doing the best they can with dealing with the customers who are not always respectful. But....customers are always treated right even when they are wrong.

It was awful except for 1 employee named Chris (female) a cashier at the customer service counter. A girl in the paint department splashed paint all over my blouse and arm. She and others at the paint counter played and joked around the entire time I and others waited for our paint. She messed up 2 gallons of paint trying to match from the samples I brought in. After she splashed paint on me she gave me a used wipe (paint already on the wipe) to try to clean it off. I insisted she get clean wipes to try and get the paint off quickly. She did reluctantly. Needless to say my blouse is ruined.

For the most part I have no problem with this store. I wish they could get the in store pick up part figured out, but other than that they seem ok.

The cashier Olivia was very friendly and patient.

The Customer Service Rep at the Maple Heights Ohio Home Depot was a pleasure to speak with. She made the trip to Home Depot enjoyable. Thank you Shy!

Friendly associates. Store was a little crowded by inventory but everyone is nice and things are easy to find.
