Karen Miller at the service desk has been a tremendous help any time we had an issue with orders and we've had a few. She really went above and beyond to assist us and always took care of any issues we had. Also, Bert in kitchen cabinets kindly helped us design a great layout for our kitchen and is very knowledgeable in cabinetry. She helped us design exactly what we wanted and more. It's people like this that keep me returning to our local Home Depot.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. Monica on the return desk is very friendly and has pleasant sense of humor . She works very hard to assist your needs.

The store seems to be well stocked. I found everything I was looking for on this visit. I like Home Depot in general, because they seem to have more modern materials than other home improvement stores.

our cashier Kendall was great but several store employees walked by us when we were trying to get large pieces of plywood off the shelves on our last visit. Several of the sheets of plywood were damaged which made the situation more difficult.

Store staff is friendly and helpful. Always sufficient stock and help around. Was helped by loading dock crew, Connor and Johnaton and they went above and beyond. Helped me load my sheetrock and made sure I can leave safely. Thanks!

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were most helpful when the need for assistance arose. This store is well organized and stocked with the items I needed. Because I live out of town, I would most likely shop at the Home Depot closer to where I reside. If I lived in or near Maryville, TN I would certainly be spending more time at this location!

Went in to buy paint during the Memorial Day Sale event and Gavin assisted us by mixing 22 gallons of custom color paint that was on point. He did it quickly and was very friendly and helpful. This store is always clean, organized and well-stocked. Great location to shop for home improvements of all sizes and projects.

This Home Depot location is amazing! Bert, the kitchen designer, assisted us in selecting and purchasing 3000 sf of Bamboo flooring for our home renovation. She was so helpful and friendly! If you're looking for great customer service, you must shop this Home Depot store.

This is our second visit to this store in two days. Returned to purchase some additional items and inquire about Kitchen Remodeling and Bamboo flooring. The store manager, Scott Santel, introduced us to Bert, their kitchen designer and she is awesome. She is going to set up a time and date to have our floors measured and offer design ideas for our kitchen. Rachel at their customer service counter was super friendly and very helpful getting us all checked out and ready to go. Again the employees helped us get everything loaded into our truck even though the store was busy. This is a super-great group of employees and we can't say enough about how enjoyable it is to shop at this location. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

If you go into this store, ask for Scott Santel the store manager. He is plain awesome! He taught us to use the store item-locator app on our cellphones and helped us choose between several items. The Front End Supervisor, Melissa Pamatian is so friendly and helpful. The Customer Service Clerk, Ana is so nice and knowledgeable! They helped us to pick out a new lawnmower, weed-eater, 3 patio furniture sets, new lighting for our theater room as well as several other items. They loaded it all into our truck even though it was pouring rain. Amazing folks! This is a fantastic location to shop and I HIGHLY recommend it....

Appliance staff did not help get washer to front of store and did not call for assistance - I could not see above the washer to push it through the store. Poor appliance staff service. Great service at front of store to load my washer into my car.

My shopping experience recently at Home Depot was a good experience. The product I wanted to purchase was easy to find. The employees spoke to me asking if I needed assistance! The store was need and clean and easy to walk in. I purchased my product and had help from associates putting it in my vehicle. I will be shopping again soon at Home Depot!

Had everything I needed to do my home project on late Sunday afternoon when my AC drain stopped up.They have quick and friendly service.

I was treated like I was being a bother in the store and on the phone. I was told on the phone by the associate that she had four people waiting in line and that she needed to get to them. I told her then she should not have answered the phone if she was not able to wait on me as well and she hung up.

I am a Contractor who has the option of choosing from multiple home improvement and lumber stores. I choose to trade at Home Depot in Maryville, Tennessee, because they are friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help. The Pro Desk is the best of all the Home Depots I visit, especially Mrs. Cindy. They treat me with the same care and hospitality whether I spend fifty dollars or fifty thousand dollars.

Let me just say by visiting this particular location in Maryville Tennessee I was not expecting anything like I received. As I walked in I was warmly greeted right away and I felt right at home as I began to go through the aisles searching for what I was looking for a gentleman that work there quickly saw me gazing and immediately engaged me to see how we could help me. He sent me down the correct I'll ever I still could not find what I was looking for so I stood back out of the aisle again and he immediately approached me another time. This time he is not going to let me mess up he personally escorted me to the exact location and made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for before I left your store and then I was completely satisfied with what I had. It didn't stop there as I approach the counter to cash out I was greeted again buy an amazing gentleman that works at this particular location. He was very funny polite and welcoming. I continued my transaction enjoying his sense of humor and as I got my receipt and left he explained about the customer experience receipt at the bottom and like always I would have typically ignored it but he made it like it was a game and it was so fun he says that he was rooting for me they were giving away 5 grand and he wanted to get his picture taken next to me period I guess you would just had to been there. This guy was awesome he was on top of his game. I personally work and restaurant industry and try to coach all employees to act the way this gentleman did. I see now why your company is so successful with people like these two gentlemen that I encountered no wonder that Home Depot is still the number one place to go for all Home Improvement needs. We came to Home Depot to order window blinds, and Betty Parker was very helpful. She assisted us with product selection, color, etc., and we are very satisfied with our choices, thanks to Betty.

I had called or stopped by 3 other Home Depot locations in Knoxville before I purchased a new John Deere riding lawn mower. Since I had never purchased a John Deere I had a few questions before spending that amount of money, plus wanted to make sure I could pick it up the same day. 1 store manager did answer a few of my questions but seemed bothered by the call. Another location, the manager was on a call and I gave my name and number, never called me back. Stopped by another location, the lady called for someone to assist, nobody ever showed up. I called the Maryville store, Brad in Lawn & Garden was helpful on the phone, when I got to the store, he and his supervisor Steve were very helpful. And Monica was also a big help dealing with the paperwork and processing my payment.
