had other stores in mind to buy my mower but Tina Hall And Mark davis went above and beyond to make sure i was very happy with my purchase making sure to spend time with me and answering my questions i had and not blowing me off

I found exactly what I needed and a lady was there to help me.

Employees are usually friendly and helpful. Recently a female employee walked half way across the store to help me find something. Returns are easy and quick. Service desk staff is good. Cashiers are friendly. Store is well stocked, clean and orderly.

Post COVID, I have found the lack of customer service seems to be the new culture. Not with this store and others that I visit. I get Consistent Customer Service

I bought a micro wave a few months ago, great price, special discounts, excellent install.

I had a Larson storm door purchased through and installed by a private contractor in 2021. The door would never stay latched and it couldn't be locked. After becoming aggrevated trying to get the storm door fixed, I finally just went to Home Depot at Maryville. Their millworks specialist helped me pick out and order a new Anderson storm door and sold me two fiberglass doors for the walk-in garage doors. Sale was quick, installation was professionally done and all problems corrected (door seal and hinge alignment on rehung doors – not a Home Depot or installer issue. I'm happy as a clam at high tide.

I took some items back to this Home Depot and the Return was very well done for me. The return clerk was very nice and helpful.

The Maryville, TN Home Depot is excellent. Very well managed, the staff is always friendly and go out of their way to help in any way they can. The store itself is always clean, well organized and stocked properly.

We went in on Sept 30th and bought a Dishwasher and all went well. Today Oct 5th all went wrong! They couldn't install due to no drain extension kit. Something I didn't know I needed as I don't sell or install Dishwashers! I was told that I needed to buy the part and reschedule install. The clerk told me "I don't live at your house so I wouldn't know" I will NEVER buy at Home Depot again!

The Maryville store is a pleasure to shop they always have what I need in stocks. But I wish they would build one a little closer to Madisonville.

Sherri, in customer service, went out of her way to assist me with my returns and online pick up order. She even printed out a receipt for online order I picked up yesterday. (When I asked for receipt yesterday I was told they haven’t given out paper receipts for online pick up orders the pandemic . I explained to Sherri that I really needed one for my records and she gladly printed one out! Even though the printer wasn’t working in customer service, she walked to another department to print it! Kudos to Sherri

Don't checkout with Janet if any of the items are on sale. She will not try to correct it in the computer if it doesn't ring up correctly causing one to have to go to customer service and spend another 20 minutes!
