Was pleased with every aspect of Home Depot Service and availability of staff. Also are Military Retired and cashiers are very helpful with handling that.

The prices were better than I had anticipated, but the selection for the type of fan I neeeded (flush-mount, large room) was not that great, the fan I liked best (from the display) was not on the shelf.

THE ASSOCIATES AT THE PAINT COUNTER ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT MATCHING COLORS AND OBTAINING THE CHOICE NEEDED.

Went to local McKinney location for purpose of buying hot water heater and materials needed for installation. Our sales assoc, Rafael totally assisted me thru the entire process and explained everything perfectly. He made sure I didnt have to return a second time for another part! We covered it all and his help was invaluable. He knows his stuff and enjoys his job. A positive shopping experience was the result.

I needed quite a bit of help on a simple project's supplies and the gentleman that helped me in hardware was amazing. He was patient and even though the store was busy took time to find the right products for me.

this store is not as stocked as larger stores but professional staff.

I needed to replace the clips that hold the top piece in place for blinds in my home as well as something to cover and hide long lenths of tv cable. Home Depot had exactly what I needed and they were easy to find. Also, when my hands were overflowing with items, the cashiers up front grabbed an empty cart for me. Every time I come to this store, I have a good experience.

Harvey, Kara, Ben, Mitch, Tiffany and Caroline are awesome!! I have been in frequently lately as I'm a beginning painter and was painting my 3 kids' rooms. They have been great with helping me pick out colors and giving painting advice. My rooms came out just the way I wanted them. Ya'll are great!

Cashiers where friendly and very helpful. Jason and Josh where excellent in helping with ho to do and all my questions.

Every time I go to Home Depot, I have a good experience. We were in the market for a new front entry door. My husband and I visited our local Home Depot and were immediately greeted by a sales associate. He took the time to show us different products and to answer our questions. We purchased a new front door and storm door for the back and are awaiting for the installation. So excited!

I like the prices on most of your products. Your people are friendly when you can find them. They are necessary to use as there are so many different things you can be in the proper isle and It would be handy to have a computer with all of your products in it so you could look up where it is to be found.not see what you are looking for

I was looking for a particular paint for a room and their prices beat out Lowes prices.

I needed a long dowell rod and couldn't find and was leaving and the associate asked if I found what I needed and then showed me where they were, I was close but missed them.

Ran into Home Depot to pick up miscellaneous items for a couple of home projects. stopped by the paint counter to match 2 paints, grabbed my other items, went back to pick up paint and check out and was on my way! Great Visit!

We have an old house and we needed a new dryer connection cord for our "antique dryer" made in about the 1990's. The store associate was very helpful with showing us where to find them and did not pressure us into looking at new dryers. We would love to buy a new front loading washer and dryer but can't afford it. For now, a new cord was all but it made me feel like whenever we are able to afford a new set we will be going straight to the Home Depot.

I have been recently going to Home Depot more for paint, and my experience with this particular Home Depot is excellent! They are always helpful, and nice. They don't try to get "all up in your business" asking you questions about that your painting, they just let you do your thing and if you need them they are there. I love it.

We needed something to kill chiggers and NOT kill our pets. They helped within a few minutes and gave us specific instructions for using the pesticide. HIGHLY recommend!

I always go to Home Depot for everything I need for my house. Last year we remodeled my kitchen for under $2500. Cabinets, sink, floor, and paint for the walls. Now, I'm doing the backyard. My brother and I are doing all of the work. We do this by attending your workshops. Thank You! P.S. not to sound ugly on my comment...... I know you guys are always busy, but I have a hard time to find someone to help me, and when I do, I get the answer "This is not my department, I'll find someone to help you" and they walk away.

Always find what I'm looking for and more. Great prices and always plenty stock.
