        Koel & Matthew are fantastic
        Bad storm hits Anna, and all I wake up to is a damaged sense. Going into your store. Made a world of a difference for me. I was in the verge of tears and these two teammates made my day.           Always someone available to help!
          During my recent visit, I received exceptional customer service from one of your associates, Terry who went above and beyond expectations! Although he was on his lunch break, he willingly took the time to help me troubleshoot and attempt to fix some balled up Christmas lights. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping, even though he was not required to do so at that moment. His kindness and dedication truly stood out and made a stressful situation much easier. This level of service reflects extremely well on Home Depot, and I am very grateful for his assistance. Thank you so incredibly much Terry. I would also like to thank Jaylen who followed up with me afterwards and made sure if I needed anything else. Thank you Home Depot.

            I entered the store and went to the aisle that contained interior recessed lighting for kitchens. I looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for. A employee came to the aisle with another customer. I patiently waited until the employee was finished helping the other customer. The employee saw me waiting, but then proceeded to walk away once he was finished with the other customer. I had to approach him and ask for help. The employee seemed really uninterested in helping me locate the item that I was looking for. I even showed him, with my phone, that the item online showed it was in stock at that location. He appeared to briefly look at one or two items, and then said that he couldn’t really help me. He then left the aisle. My son and I had to continue to look for the item by ourselves. I was really disappointed with the lack of customer service I received at this location.

                I stopped into buy a dowel in aisle 30 - like the end zone of the store. Every employee that passed me on my walk there asked if I needed help finding what I was at the store for - 5 folks!! They thanked me for shopping at the check out and again at the exit. What made this so great was that I just came from an another big box store where I had an asked for assistance - had an associate paged and waited and received no help. It was a stark contrast. I am glad Home Depot has employees on the floor who are willing to assist. The customer experience at Home Depot turned my day around

                        Baron in appliances
                        This gentleman greeted me even though he had other people he was waiting on. I felt like I was important even though these people are working hard they make it a point to make you feel welcome. He went above and beyond and had a lot of knowledge about the product. I want to thank him for being a kind young man to an older lady I hope that Home Depot takes care of their employees and gives them some incentive because he definitely needs to be recognised. This should not go unnoticed. He is very professional and wants to go above and beyond in his call of duty and that’s far rare nowadays, thank you again Baron for being you.

                            Shopping Experience
                            Lightning hit our house and fried all electronic devices. I was looking for a washer and dishwasher to replace them. I went to the section to look, was greeted by Baron. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me exactly what I needed. Showed me the products and answered all questions. Baron was very friendly and helpful.

                                    Warranty Rheem Water Heater
                                    My six year water heater that I purchased from Home Depot did not last but a little less than four years so I contacted Rheem and they told me it would be a full replacement to swap out. I got a warranty claim number and had to pay a plumber to come do it because of my health issues at the time. Home Depot said that they had to prorate my water heater so I did not actually get a six year warranty like what they advertise and like what Reem told me on the phone. The cost four years ago and the cost today was almost identical, and according to the manufacturer there should not have been a cost to me. This is a big issue and I heard it from some other sources that Home Depot is doing. I just don’t believe it is right if they are going to sell the product then they need to back the product, and should not be charging their customers this additional cost. I manage a business as well and there is no way I would treat my customer this way I stand by my warranty and do everything I can to help my customers because it reflects me and my business. I am extremely disappointed and now I am debating if I want to move my business elsewhere.

                                      I had an issue with an online return the 800 number was useless. Gary the store manager and his team went the extra mile to ensure my needs was met and got my products ordered.

                                          The experience of buying the appliance was bad though the service was great, I appreciate all the efforts put in by the store manager Josh, and application expert Baron but I am not happy with the timeline of the product being delivered.

                                                Went in needing to add some stuff to connect water to my garage refrigerator and got service from a gentleman named Doug, he was knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed to do my task with NO return trips. Thank you Doug!

                                                  Often had stuff piled in isles and took dept is a joke
                                                  I am amazed and how much stuff they pile in the isles now. Stairs and stuff are regular obstacles. Also, the tool rental is terrible. They couldn’t care if you rented or not. I won’t be back.

                                                    Tried placing the order online and went through normal. Received a call a bit later stating that they had none available except for the store display and asked if they could deliver it to us. They did provide a Home Depot box since they couldn’t find the original box however it came with no tie downs or cords to anchor it down. Now have to run to Ace down the street to get supplies to place in the yard.

                                                            WORST Home Depot
                                                            This will be long so bear with me. We bought a front door for our home on July 4th. At the time of purchase we were told the door would be in around July 24th and would be installed within a few days. Well July 24th came and went without any update. Around the first week of August I called and was told it should be arriving soon. I waited and no update. I reached back out to them and they said the door could be installed on August 19th. Cool....right? Well the installer shows up...with a door that looks nothing like the door we ordered. The store never inspected it and sent the wrong. I will say, the installer is the nicest guy ever....super guy!! He said the store would reach out to me ASAP to resolve. WRONG! I never heard from them. Once again, I reached out to them and they said they're not sure what happened but they would get it resolved with the manufacturer. I waited another month and not a word from Home Depot. Again, I reached out to them and they said the new door had been delivered...but it was damaged so they sent it back. I said I understand mistakes happen just please keep me updated and in the loop. WRONG! They not once, ever, called me or updated me from the day I purchased the door. Every update I ever got from them was from me reaching out to them. So on October 11th I finally cancelled the order. It's now Oct 18th and I still do not have my full refund. They initially refunded a partial amount, then asked me to come to the store to finish the refund. I did as they asked and they still shorted me. I have shopped Home Depot my whole life and will continue to, but this store is a joke! Luckily there are a couple other stores close by for us to choose from but I do not recommend anyone stepping in this one.
