I wish all stores had such nice Cashiers like Heidi

I needed a light bulb and a 3 way tap. In the light bulb section, the worker who was on a riding cart was helping another person, so I waited but he drove off after helping the other guy. Another employee sent him back. But when I asked about the light bulb, he goes they are right there just look. Very rude and condescending, the bulbs looked different, and I wanted to ask about a lower wattage but he rode off again maybe because I am a women since he talked to men.

I’m currently working on a huge project for my home, they have amazing employees like Mark, Rick,Gloria and Moises who will help you every step of the way! They are the reason why I shop here and will continue to shop at Home Depot! They are super friendly, and very knowledgeable !

In 1999 I needed help in selecting a shade of screen for my back porch. The porch is on the Westside of th house and is 44 feet long. The person at that time recommended Solar Screen. After 22 years it needed to be replaced, I came back to This store and found out that the company That supplied Home Depot was still in business and they reordered enough of the Solar Screen to redo my back porch needs. Thanks #0111 For being there when I needed you. !!

I needed to replace the hardware on my front door. I knew that my husband always went to Home Depot. I had no idea if I could do the job myself. David in plumbing & electrical, and Robert in hardware were the two employees who help me locate what I needed and gave me advice on how to easily replace the hardware. This store was amazing. It was clean and well-stocked. It looked like you could find anything that you could possibly need. I am happy to recommend this Home Depot to my family and friends.

I bought a grill to use over the Memorial Day Weekend. Got amazing help from a gentleman named Alan Baker. I have been to many Home Depot locations and this one is my favorite in terms of helpful employees, inventory and ease of shopping.

Found what I wanted quickly. The store appeared well maintained, had multiple employees ask if I needed assistance even on a busy Sunday. Garden area seemed organized and clean. If any Home Depot stores carried a product, this store would likely have it on its shelves. Also had a great rental dept offering many choices.

I bought a fan, and dimmer switches that I am excited to use in the near future. Who knew there were many types! My discussion with the Sales Associate Nick was able to explain how they all work. This made my choice easy as I purchased the Lutron type. Looking forward to them being installed during my updated kitchen!

Trying to buy a LED Garage Light Fixture to replace old type: Bought box like the Demo that was wired with a 120 dongle/drop cord. No dongle in the box when I got home. ??? Next trip: A HD female senior exec vising the store tried to help me, even taking the demo-like fixture out a box; No dongle. Next trip: no experts in the dept, but what turned out to me a young female MET: Merchandise Execution Team Tech in another dept offered to help. A small strip of Duct Tape on the Demo fixture signals that the 120 dongle is NOT Included with that fixture. What? Who knew? She then pointed out boxes of similar fixtures that have a 120 PLUG SYMBOL on the box unlike industrial fixtures that look the same. Wow! HD should give a Gold Star to the Exec who tried and a Bigger Gold Star to the young MET from another dept who knew what Duct Tape means on a Demo, then handed me a box of what I had needed all along.

I go to this store on a regular basis and always get the help I need.

The paint department is great! Shout out to Nader and his friendly attitude.

Any store can sell you products; But not all stores rate even a C for customer service. Merchants walk HD has the nicest most helpful people when it comes to helping customers meet their needs in a timely fashion, than the Pro desk at this store is the best; not only for their knowledge, but for their kind spirits. They seem to flow so nicely like a sweet violin. Everyone in the Pro Desk area seem to work together in unison like a team!
