I had a few items that I needed to get this afternoon including a Christmas tree. Everything I needed was right where I anticipated it to be and we even found our Christmas tree within just a few minutes of looking. I wasn't too excited about going out shopping because of all the Christmas shoppers, but this shopping experience was essentially painless. The lady at the checkout counter in the garden section was very pleasant and greeted us with a warm smile and friendly conversation. Good job!

I visited the meridian id home depot store today to purchase a washer,dryer,and dishwasher. I researched at home which ones I wanted on your website before coming in. This made the world of diference. I have previously purchased appliances without researching them and they didn't last long. I then called the store to see if you had them in stock to look at and you did which was surprising considering the number of appliances on your website. When I got to the store the associate who helped me on the phone remembered me and showed me right to them. He was very knowledgeable about them. I also received outstanding service from the associate who rang up my order. Checkout was very quick considering thr number of people buying appliances.I received smoking hot deals with all the specials you have going. Thank you for that! I will continue to shop at home depot and definitely recommend you. Thank you for your great custome service!

I always find something on sale that I just have to have. This past weekend, the fire pits were 50% off, what an awesome deal!

Snow blower equipment was well displayed and the help was much appreciated even looking up to see if the extra battery was available. Dan was most helpful getting our new charge and the item purchased at the check out as well as loading the snowblower. Good service.

I stopped by to pick up some paper yard clean up bags and tulip bulbs. At the check out counter I was waved over by an empty cashier. He was very friend, polite, and told me about an energy efficiency coupon that comes with our water bill at the first of the year to save money on the yard clean up bags. The checker was lovely to work with and very helpful. Every time I shop there the employees are very cheerful and helpful. It is always easy to find someone willing to go out of their way to help me with every question I have.

The Home Depot is so very friendly and inviting. It was easy to find what I was looking for, and always someone available to help.

I will now be a returning customer because of Justin at the Pro Desk for making my experience better after a female store manager was rude to my mother over a floor model of a Shark vacuum cleaner that she would not sale for the listed Black Friday sale that was on Home Depot own ad.

This store is close by and is also located in such a place I can do nearly all my errands and still have time to run in and get out quick with whatever I needed. it really is amazing. The staff are plentiful here, I never have to go far to find someone that can help me or that can go get someone that can help right away.

I SHOPPED LATE AT NIGHT AND THE ONLY CASHIERS AVAILABLE WHERE THE SELF-SERVE CASHIERS. I'M NOT ONE TO USE SELF-SERVICE AND BELIEVE THEY PUT EMPLOYEES OUT OF WORK. I WILL USE LOWE'S BEFORE I USE HOME DEPOT AGAIN. I HAVE THREE RENTAL HOUSES AND A COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDDING AND BOUGHT MANY OF MY SUPPLIES AT HOME DEPOT BUT IN THE FUTURE WILL USE OTHER STORES THAT GIVE THE NECESSARY SERVICE TO BRING ME BACK TO THEIR STORE.

The associates are always fun and helpful at this store. I usually dread shopping but it's pretty good there.

The store associate was Great! I was upset that on my previous visit to this particular store the previous store associate was not very friendly, wasn't knowledgeable, poor appearance, and gave me products that were totally the wrong pieces. I needed assistance and was unsure of the product I was searching for. The store associate confirmed that the parts he gave me were correct. After fifteen minutes of this fiasco, I made my way to the self-checkout. However, when I returned home and started back to work, I realized the store associate gave me the wrong items. I returned to the same store in search of a different associate who walked with me to the department where in a matter of seconds knew exactly what parts I needed and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. I was more than grateful at his attentiveness, knowledge, and friendliness. I will never forget this experience. Thank you!

The store associate was genuine in assisting us. Even though we would have a preference to seek out this particular store associate he stated that all of the store associates would be more than willing to help us out. Great Teamwork!

I am very pleased with the helpfulness of every department that I visit. I am the maintenance person at a well known hotel franchise and make many trips to the store. I'm recognized as I enter the store and helped until I leave. Such a pleasure to visit and I look forward to my next visits.

The Meridian Home Depot is like shopping in a family owned store. People there remember you and the different projects that you were/are working on. Always helpful with locating any items that we are looking for, and are willing to give suggestions on that item, or another item that might do the job better if not easier. The employees working there are not there to help you find what you need and move you out the door, they truly care about you and your needs. From the greeter when you walk in, all the staff, and the cashers when you are leaving, it is a great experience. I actually drive from Kuna passing the ACE hardware store and the Lowes located in Meridian to shop at Home Depot because of the customer service. Thanks again!

I was looking for screws/bolts to replace three scroll saws.I went to customer service to acquire an associate as there were none available at the moment.I had to "run down" an associate in hardware to assist me to find the screws/bolts I was looking for.I "followed him" to the section I showed him the "specific" screws/bolts I was looking for. While he was searching never did he speak a word to me. He then handed me 2 pouches containing "items" and said these were what I was looking for. I felt little confidence in what he gave me. The whole fiasco took fifteen minutes. When I returned home I come to find out he gave me the wrong screws/bolts. They were philip heads not hex which I requested. The threads were too long and I couldn't even thread them into the hole. I urgently needed them so I went back to Home Depot to "FIRST" Get a REFUND and SECOND, after three minutes with a "DIFFERENT" associate got the "CORRECT" screws AND bolts I was looking for.I'll think twice about returning.

Was looking for an outdoor LED spot light that would mount to an existing electric box. The associate didn't know what I was looking for and suggested to look on line. I came home and did and ordered what I wanted from Amazon.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful and pushed our heavy cart full of tile with my 88 year old mother around the store and out to our truck and loaded it for us!

I always come to the Meridian store to shop because It has a good feeling and I feel comfortable here.

The meridian home depot is my favorite store. Bathrooms are always clean.

The one place I can go to find every thing I need to complete my in home projects. There web site always tells me price, in stock, and where it is located. I can always find help when I need it and advice that I can depend on.

I went in to find a specialized hedge trimmer and found there really was no such thing. The associate who helped me walked me through the hedge trimmers and we discussed what I need to accomplish on my property. The associate helped me decide what would work best for my needs and showed me options. The associate did not pressure or force a sale on me. The visit was pleasant and helpful. I ended up purchasing a hedge trimmer.
