I had an excellent assistance in Home Depot 6862 in Mesa, Arizona. I dealt with four separate Staff Members in this store, and each person provided me the help I needed. Thank you Store #6862!

Erica went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me, she has a can do attitude and I would highly recommend her to become a store manager! Erica went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of, she answered all my questions, she is also very knowledgeable, what a great team you have at this location. Erica has excellent customer service skills and is an assist to your company. Most of the time people would not even bother to help you little on go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. I will be shopping at the Mesa location again just because of the great customer service that Erica gave me! I usually do not write reviews but I was so impressed with the service at this location that I felt it maybe would make a difference.

I've been to this location a few times over the last month and every single time I go to this location I receive great customer service from the employees. This time it was Isaac and Chaz but last time there were two different employees that were at this location that gave me great help. Every time I shop here it's a great experience.

I had a great experience at this store! Jeannie in the flooring department helped me find just what I needed for what seemed like an impossible carpet matching situation. Her personable ways were very welcoming! I will definitely be visiting this location again for my home improvement needs!

Consistent excellent customer service experiences at this store. I recently bought a townhome and have had to make a number of trips to Home Depot for various items. I've e bought shutters, a kitchen facet, new glass storm door, & new washing machine. All my experiences have been positive. The employees make me feel welcome, answer my questions, are patient, seem to enjoy their jobs, take time to follow thru w/ orders or returns to completion. I am a very satisfied customer w/ Home Depot and this store location:).

Richard in Lumber Gary and Mike in the paint department went above and beyond my expectations to help me today with a small Christmas project I had to do. It is because of customer service like this that keeps me coming back to Mesa Riverview Home Depot. I spent a small amount of money today but they treated me like I was their best customer. We have been using this HD in Mesa (#6862) to purchase supplies for our cleaning company for the past 3 years. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. We could not be happier.

I had 2 Ryobi batteries fail and only owned for less than 3 years. Jodi, a manager at this location reviewed my receipts on her computer and verified my purchase was still under Ryobi's 3 year warranty and replaced them at no charge. The store is very close to my home and it is great to get great customer service whenever I go there. I highly recommend this location.

Always a good experience shopping at this Home Depot.

NOT one employee could be located in the Paint Dept. It was ghost town. If you need anything in this dept, go to another Home Depot! Buy your paint and paint-related products elsewhere. Also, product availability is lacking. Someone forgot to reorder door stops - the spring type. Shelf/bin area was EMPTY and item was not overhead either. Ditto--no employee in that dept either! Associate Availability: NON-EXISTENT. You're on your own in this store (Mesa AZ) Good Luck.

I've gone to this location for almost a year now. Every time I find what I need, help when needed, and easy locating the product! The store is very clean, even in the outside garden area, and seems that the employees want to be there, instead of just having to show up for the paycheck, you can tell a difference.

Always very helpful when I go in this store. I especially like the garden section.

We are moving into a new home, and needed to purchase alot of appliances and items for our new home. The staff made it exceptionally easy to make this happen and we saved alot of money.

I had an employee help me out with a project that I didn't have an answer for. He gave me 2 or 3 possible solutions and they worked. I will return to this store for the customer service.

I wish I remembered the employees name. He was a gentlemen who was tall but he helped me pick out a drill that I needed and walked me thru the types of products. I then needed new door knobs but after talking with the employee about my needs we decided it would be better to hire a lock smith to just re-key my existing fixtures as they are all working fine, I just need new keys. This saved me time and money and even though Home Depot didn't get the sale... I will return for this experience.

very good store they are there to help and take care of you , the paint guys are always in demand and they take pride in making sure you are happy with the colors you picked. the cashiers are very though and make sure all is correct before you are out the door.

The self checkout cashier whose name was Carol was EXCELLENT. She greeted me, scanned my items, bagged them for me and then helped me process my bank debit card which had a "chip" whatever that is, she educated me on that. Carol was very kind and pleasant. I will come back to this store again just because of her.
