Went thru a bizarre checkout! Really trying to give it the benefit of doubt but here it goes: African American cashier, previous customer were Caucasian, African American current customer and total change of attitude before even stepping up to counter, no greeting, just grabbed items off of cart and scanned them! Honestly she did her job, but a bit friendlier would have made the experience complete. My point is a few experiences like this are ok, but when it starts to happen all the time, it just makes you wonder.

Great experience with knowledgeable staff. Erik Holmes with very helpful in picking out the right tools for my home project. Store was very clean and organized.

I attempted to make a return with a receipt today. Keisha at the CS desk was more concerned about loudly popping & smacking her gum, making it difficult to talk to her. Keisha was also incredibly unprofessional & unfriendly. She refused to credit my Credit Card Acct & insisted the only way I would get a refund was with a store credit. I asked for Jamie (MOD) he seemed very unfamiliar with return procedures, however, was much more professional than Keisha . Since both Keisha & Jamie refused to credit my CC, I had to unwillingly accept a store credit or leave with unwanted, defective merchandise. Keisha was also very challenging and argumentative. She told me that even though I paid for the merchandise in the store, that it was an online order and they do not have to accept online returns and I had to go home and call online customer service if I wanted to talk to someone. I found that very difficult to believe and Jamie suggested she might want to walk away from the situation. Keisha refused to following Jamie's suggestion and continued to be unaccommodating, difficult, challenging and unprofessional as she ramped up the annoying gum smacking and popping. Keisha said she processed the whole return from the single receipt, but when we got to the parking lot, we realized she took all of our mdse & didn't give us credit for all of it. We went back to speak to Jamie, he passed us off to Marcus & Marcus would only give us the current mark down price of 1cent even though I had the receipt, ID, & CC. Even though some of the mdse was defective, we are now stuck with it. When I suggested to Marcus that Jamie do a price override to give us the return price on the receipt, he informed me that Jamie did not have that authority. Marcus also said the store manager wasn't working today and the store manager did not have the authority to give customers a refund of the price they paid for an item if the current price was different. That seemed very had to believe, but Jamie had disappeared very quickly and had already proven to be very unfamiliar with POS and return procedures. For returns, The Home Depot website state: Return it Fast & Easy – Just like You Bought it Simply take your purchase back to any Home Depot and get your money back instantly or exchange for something else. Be sure to bring a copy of your receipt or shipping confirmation email, credit card you used for the item and vaild I.D. However, it was not Fast, Easy, I did not get my full refund nor was it credited back to the credit card on the receipt. I brought my receipt, my ID, the merchandise (some of which is defective) and my credit card. This was not even close to the level of customer service I have come to expect from THD. Wal-Mart is much more accommodating than this. No one should be treated this poorly for trying to make a simple return.

Store is clean, nice and has an excellent customer services team.

The only reason I would recommend this store is because you have excellent associates however you have really terrible attitude having supervisors ( pro desk , Steve )

Thank you so much to Anthony Driver for your quick, helpful, friendly service helping me find the perfect vanity and vanity top. Anthony had me out of store within 10 minutes with my vanity (which he had to get a fork lift to take down from top shelf) and vanity top. And I got it at a close out price! Great customer service at Home Depot! And I'm excited about the new Kitchen Design Center!

Went at lunchtime so it was very congested but the cashier ( Ashley W. ) was wonderful and very patient with all of my questions. The overall experience was great.

Super clean and organized. Brandon Stewart was super nice and very helpful with helping with the key machine. Great customer service experience.

A young man named Courtney provided me with OUTSTANDING service. Courtney went above and beyond his duties to help me find a mailbox. He told me that he didn't work in that particular area, but he helped me anyway. I truly appreciated his services and we need more workers like him. Courtney truly deserves the recognition. I will most definitely visit this Home Depot again in hopes of Courtney helping me again. Thank you, Courtney!

Great staff- so friendly and always willing to help.

This location has the most knowledgeable & kind staff members. They keep the store spotless and always offer to help! No matter where I was in the store there was always an orange apron employee visible. All of the products I needed were in stock and easy to find. I was treated with respect even though I had no idea what I was doing when it came to painting. All of my questions were answered & I left with new found paint knowledge.

Really love this store! Admittedly, I could walk around home improvement stores all day, but this store makes it even easier to do so. Every time I have gone in here the employees are helpful and friendly. I often have my dog with me and they offer him treats and spend time petting him and while answering my questions. I have had people go above and beyond to help me more often than not! From searching for prices when tags are missing, to selling me a display fake Christmas tree when they ran out of stock of the one I was looking for.

Always a great choice for service and availability of products the staff is always helpful and friendly> Keep up the good work

The garden center always loads items in my car, if I cannot lift them myself. Just a really friendly, helpful intown Home Depot.

I'm a home improvement junkie. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I've shopped at other locations, but Midtown is the best.

The store is conveniently located in midtown Atlanta. The staff is welcoming and do their best to make sure they acknowledge your presence.

Hd is my second home. As i move to liquidate my properties and tge city grows it important that customers can find what they need. Midtown donot carry sewer line products needed to tie to city lines. Although buckhead is not far i wanted to share this.
