I’m so happy about my new stove. It’s an air fryer convection & have 5 burners. It cooks food perfectly & faster .

      No more service
      Trying to get anyone to help you is difficult. I had to squeeze into the pine straw truck and squeeze out the bales of pine straw I had purchased, it was chain locked and trying to get someone to help unlock the truck was not happening. No cashiers, only the self checkouts were open. No help, no service. No friendly employees. I’m done with Home Depot.

        Each time I shop at the Midtown store # 0159 I'm treated like a welcome guest. When I ask where an item is they make sure I find it and when checking out the cashier was extremely helpful. They even asked if I needed help getting the items to my car.

          Great Customer Service!
          This store is a tightly run ship. Overall, the customer service was great. I bought items to revamp my home for Spring and the consumer experience was top-notch. A knowledgeable and courteous staff along with quality product has now made Home Depot Midtown my go-to for my home improvement needs. A big-shot out to Clarissa, Vanessa and Vincent. The Manager Marquise has also provided great leadership for the awesome shopping experience I had. Keep it up!

            We do a lot of shopping at Home Depot over 40,000 in the last month alone they have great offers great deals delivery service they basically work with you credit and financing so for me Home Depot was a plus

                  Dusk to Dawn Light Bulb
                  Visited HD to replace a bulb on my front porch had been blinking for 30min each day. An associate approached me to advise there is a bulb called Dusk to Dawn along with a lot of other bulbs that are now adjustable on the bulbs. Great idea and great associates. Always there to help customers.

                        Thank goodness Christina was there!
                        I came into the store to buy and items that was showing as in-stock on the Home Depot website. I couldn’t find it and asked for help from three different guys who were less than interested in locating the item. As I was on my way out, Christina offered to help and found the item! I thanked her profusely and tried to give her kudos with the manager, Enrique. He never picked up the phone when I called after I held the line a long time, so I’m happy to compliment Christina here.

                          Great Customer Service - Lea the Goat
                          Had a very sweet experience at Home Depot. The other day my roommate and I went to shop for some things to spruce up our place. When we were there we encountered some difficulties and Lea, one of the team members, was there to help us along the way. She made it a priority to make sure everything got sorted away, she was overall a beautiful person, and wen beyond what was required to help brighten our day 🙌🏾

                            Hire a staff!
                            I recently visited the Midtown Home Depot on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and was disappointed by the lack of appropriate staffing on what was going to be a busy day. The condition of the outdoor vegetable and herb section—it was clear that the plants were neglected and many were dying from a lack of upkeep.Additionally, there was only one associate operating the cash register in the outdoor garden area, despite a long line of customers, many with multiple carts and flatbeds. It was apparent that some people were not even making purchases from the garden center, the indoor registers were understaffed resulting in those customers coming to the garden center to be rung up. This level of service reflects a lack of respect for your customers’ time and shopping experience.

                              After about 20 minutes of waiting on the phone for someone to pick up. I was told that my order was only partially in after waiting over the expected time from the website for the for the store delivery do not waste your time with these morons

                                Great store, horrific paint supply and service
                                I would warn on purchasing paint at this location. The paint desk can be incredibly inefficient and hit or miss. Today I waited an hour for a bucket of paint. On a Tuesday, whit no line or busy traffic. I had several interactions with the paint associate you was either heavily medicated or abusing some substance. All in all I gave up and went home with no paint. I had to delay my project another day. Time is money.

                                  The Garden Center Employees have Strong Backs!
                                  If your back troubles you occasionally, but you garden, then this Home Depot location offers loading and unloading of topsoil, mulch bags, etc. This has enabled me to procure heavier items and have them put in my car many times. I appreciate the service. Sometimes you have to wait or go ask the cashier to find someone a 2nd time. But, for me, it is worth a few minute wait to not throw my back out. Usually very cheerful and strong employees come to my rescue!

                                        Customer service stinks!
                                        The customer at this store is horrible. The employees run and hide to prevent providing assistance to you. HD needs to fix their customer service issue also put their employees through training so that they know what hey are talking about when you ask about a product.

                                          Great Customer Service Experience
                                          I had a really great CS experience with Ashton. I went in hoping to by cedar to build several raised beds. I was already a bit overwhelmed because I'd been scoping it out in-store and online and couldn't make sense of how anything works with lumber. Ashton helped me get the right product, pick out the best materials, and find other materials on my list. I felt a lot more capable with his help. I'm excited to see how my beds turn out.

                                            Rented a truck only to have it not available when I went to pick it up. Sucky sucky Home Depot only notified me by email 45 minutes before pick up. Needed the truck that day and had help for the move that is no longer available. Poor customer service. Extremely poor rental system. Don’t rent from THD.

                                                        Impossible to get help
                                                        Does anyone else find it nearly impossible to get help in a Hime Depot…anywhere? I ask for help, hear an assistant being paged, but no one ever, ever comes. Maybe shoplifting is a problem in your stores partly because there are so few employees around, so customers with bad intentions see that they can pretty much do anything without being observed.                                                           I visited this store on November 1. I had a list from my contractor but was not confident I knew everything on the list. So I went to the pro desk. Luckily for me, the employee that attended to me at that desk was Jonis Walton. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. She took the time to make sure I ordered exactly what my contractor had on my list and she also made sure I received all the savings available to me. She made my experience enjoyable and I will be returning to look for her every time I need to make a big purchase at Home Depot.

                                                            As 1) my order was filled with a wrong item, 2) I was on Hold for 25 & 47 minutes, respectively, seeking ANY type of "service" 3) a stranger's order was delivered to my door, I give 1 star is for the Store but DARREN in Customer Service, who eventually helped me, a 10, in spite of the correct part malfunctioning, requiring another trip to the dreaded store.
