I did not know that Home Depot was making keys!! A quick call however confirmed it and I was on my way! Found hardware/key area quickly and within 30 more seconds an associate was there to help me. The quality and results of the product were great! Thanks.

I had an overall excellent experience with the associates that helped me with this particular purchase. I asked if a veterans discount was offered and I did get mixed answers from various associates. Responses ranged from no we don't, yes we do a 5%, to finally a 10% discount. Associates seemed a little confused on the stores policy. I appreciate that Home Depot recognizes veterans in this manner and it was a deciding factor in my purchasing at your store. I was informed by another veteran that had made major purchases recently and that a discount was offered. It was a deciding factor for him also and he wil now shop primarily at the Home Depot store.

The associates are super helpful and friendly.The store is always clean and orderly.

Was looking for HVAC ductless systems, as well as Cistern systems for a well. Did not have these items in store, or any advice on how to get them. Other than that, their prices are better than Lowes, and the quality of items are better. For wood products, consult a local mill or (84 Lumber) type store, and HD will match. Which is phenomenal. I always shop at HD, and they have always been able to meet or exceed my expectations.

We went to the Home Depot in Missoula looking for a washer and dryer and almost immediately found the set we wanted & on sale! We had a employee help us, I believe his name was Jim. He told us what he knew about the items, and he so willingly went online and printed us a paper with the washer/dryer set information on it. He made sure we knew how long the sale was lasting & there was an extra 10% off for a certain amount of time. We left the store feeling very satisfied with the customer service & the products we found! We plan on getting our washer/dryer set in the next week or two! I was very impressed at how good they're customer service was.

Some of the best service I've ever experienced. As soon as I entered the store an associate pointed me in the right direction. Then when I got to the right section I needed to be in, another associate helped me find exactly what I was looking for.

I was very impressed by the store associate that went above & beyond to help me find a seasonal item that was in stock.

I came in the store for a light bulb with an infant. I was immediately directed to the correct aisle and found a helpful sales associate right there to show me the correct product and also given useful information about this choice. The overall experience was fast and I accomplished exactly what I came in for with no hassle. And the baby slept through the whole thing.

THIS STORE HAS USUALLY ALL THE RIGHT STUFF TO MAKE HOME IMPROVEMENT EASY.

I was absolutely pleased with my experience at Home Depot. Associates were helpful and friendly and I was able to find everything I needed and more.

The most of the staff are very unqualified to answer any question you may have. They will be quick to search for what you are talking about online, and just maybe, they might be able to tell you where it is in the store. I highly suggest opening up the box (if there is one) to make sure your purchase to be hasn't been crushed already, I went through 3 today before I found a winner.

The kid's workshop was incredible as usual. Had my grandson there again and I just think the world of Barb! She does a heck of a job and drives down from Polson to do it! Her heart is sure in her work. Steve at checkout and Sam in hardware are awesome folks as well. They always go out of their way to help me and all customers as I see it when Im there and Steve always cheers everyone up at checkout! He really sets the bar for customer care. Thank you all once again!

The Missoula Store is amazing. I was treated very poorly at the "other" store and so went over here to find what I needed. I was greeted the second I walked in and asked if I needed help finding anything. I let them know what I needed and instead of just directing me to where I needed to go the associate walked me right to where I needed to be. After getting what I needed, I went to check out and the cashier was amazingly friendly. I also love that they support our military and autism families. Then I bought the wrong size of an item I needed and they made the exchange so incredibly simple! Great store and will never go back to that "other" store again!

I stopped by to purchase a cleaning product that I ran out of. I did not find it stocked on the shelves where I made my last purchase from but I found an alternate product that should work.
