The store was clean and the associate, cashiers are friendly. I would recommend this store to others.

The manager Napoleon was not helpful...the service was awful!

Shopping for specific plants was cumbersome. The plants were on stacked plalets and pushed together. Could not see all plants

I asked where the ceiling fans were. Found the one I had decided on online. And got out in about 5 minutes.

The Sales Associate that assisted me while shopping at the store was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the product.

I am glad that the attitude is a little more positive than before. Its gotten better.

Usually don't take time to write reviews, but my wife and I have to give a huge shout-out to the sales associate in the appliances area that we worked with in buying a new washing machine. Very patient, knowledgeable, encouraged us to visit the HD website to look at the reviews of the 3-4 options we were considering, and ultimately no pressure in buying...also gave us the in-depth pro's/con's of the units we were evaluating.

I was very happy with the customer service ..had never went to a store like home depot and got such good service like we did.

When purchasing carpet for our living room we were helped by the most knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant, sales associates that I have ever delt with, anywhere.

I work on the road doing industrial construction.we work 11 hour days and the last thing I wanted to do,was buy tools I needed.fortunately,i was able to place an online order at lunch and received an email after about an hour and a half but wasn't able to pick them until after work.thankfully,it only took a few minutes to run in and pick up my order.im not one that likes to shop,so that made it a lil easier.

I went in looking for trees and shrubs and considering that we are in the dead of winter the selection was quiet good.

I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR TWO NICER ASSOCIATES AT THIS LOCATION. EACH WERE ABLE TO DIRECT ME TO THE EXACT LOCATION OF THE TWO ITEMS I NEEDED. LASTLY, I WAS IN A MAJOR HURRY AND WITHOUT THEIR EXPERTISE IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN ME QUITE A BIT LONGER TO FIND MY ITEMS. MUCH THANKS AND APPRECIATION!! JOB WELL DONE, HOME DEPOT!! :)

Best place to shop for a new home, fixer upper, or remodeling. This is where I would go to be completely satisfied and excited about whatever the task is you're trying to accomplish, trust us, the home depot, North Baton Rouge,LA location.

Got into the story fast and easy Items clearly marked and had items in stock

Product availabity is not always available - if not referred to Coursey store all stores should have same availabity of items at all store

I always enjoy going to Home Depot, friendly, willing to help, associates, everything I need for my wife home improvement projects are right there. Sometime we just walk around the store and get ideals. She calls it window shopping!!!

It's ok here may need a few more employees that are more accessible to customers

This Store had the lowest price on the item I was looking for.

I went to the store for one specific item and went to the department of concern, the associate knew what I was asking for and brought me the exact point and handed it to me. Now that is good ole time service.

Home Depot stores are always clean, well it, and have the prices of the merchandise conspicuously displayed and personnel are friendly and helpful.

I visit home depot several time through out the year. always had success.

I had a wonderful cashier who assisted me at this location. If you go there and see the cashier Kristian she is always friendly and helpful.

My visit to make multiple purchases were great. The sales person was very helpful in his department and directed me to the salesperson in the other department. Both men were very informative, knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, and really wanted to assist.

Always able to find everything i need whenever i go to the store. If, I'm having any difficulties finding something one of your Sales Associates assists me.
