Slow and unhelpful staff. Online to store orders dont work.

I bought some 6' C-clamps online for pick-up. When I went to pick them up, I was given 2" and ultimately told it was my fault for ordering somewhere else. Staff played a game of avoiding handling the issue from customer service to management. Its a poorly run and managed store. There is a better store on miller ville.

Literally Blocked us from buying wood

Went on my lunch break to get some boards and they blocked the whole lumber section off. They're home depot... they serve one purpose and failed at it

Best Home Improvement Store in the Area

This home depot is leaps and bounds better than the others in the the baton rouge area. Staff is helpful and kind, and the managers are always quick to solve my issues. Keep it up!

Quick, easy

I'm very thankful for how well my experience went. My sink was acting up, and I found everything I needed after worrying about contacting a plumber for a week. We fixed it ourselves at such an affordable price.
