At The Home Depot, we love giving back to our community. We support the Garfield House in Baton Rouge, where our local veterans can find transitional housing.

Sincerely,

Your Coursey Home Depot Store Team

Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

What's part of The Home Depot Father's Day Sale?

Start shopping for Father's Day gifts that Dad will love. The Home Depot Father's Day Sale runs June 4th through June 24th online or in-store, and you can save on outdoor power equipment, smart home gifts, grills, tools, and more. We've got Father's Day deals on all the presents you'll need to make his day.

How can I prepare my home for summer temps?

Be certain your home is ready for summertime temperatures by repairing faulty parts of your hardscaping. On the outside of your home, inspect shingles or metal roofs for damage that could let water leak inside. Keep gutters functional and clear to keep rain overflow from entering your home when storms arrive. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be changed out if they're badly weathered. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture gets in the crevices, you might be looking at trouble.

What types of moving boxes do you have?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our moving truck rentals if you need those as well.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise in times of lesser demand. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, privacy, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can view animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as needed.

What will the next free Kids Workshop be?

Drop by our Kids Workshop on the 4th of July, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a wooden go-kart! Your little builder can put together their very own go-kart craft — like the race circuit version but kid-sized. The best part is pushing around your go-kart, so leave some time to play with others!

Does the Baton Rouge Home Depot offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot app. Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items.
