the associate (Jessica with six years of experience working for Home depot) was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

came to buy window i had in mind to buy a certain type but the associate asked me the type of framing .when i told him he suggested a different type of window was really needed. lol if it wasn't for him i would of bought a wrong type !

I usually go to Home Depot for small projects like a vault box or a cat tower. Other times it's for CREE light bulbs or pesticides. Every single one of these visits, I always manage to find what I need or at least a usable alternative. The prices aren't exuberant and the atmosphere is decent.

As crazy as the store was the day after Thanksgiving, every associate we came in contact with was very helpful and knowledgeable. Pardeep our associate at customer service was extremely helpful and friendly while picking up our online order.

Despite the early hour Home Depot did everything to make it a comfortable experience. Coffee and pastries were served while we were in line at 5:30am. The associates announced clear directions and maintained orderly lines to get to our purchases. Associates were all smiling and helpful.

This store is a great place to shop at! 5 Stars! They have everything in stock just make sure you watch your step in the isle way stuff is laying out in random places. The entrance into the store needs to have happy and cheerful employees like Lowes to Welcome the customers. Other than that this store has all the products you need.

would like to recommend associates a little more friendlier even though they might not know to much about that particular department.....worse thing to say is not my department and walk off.

I was very happy with the experience at the Home Depot. The only problem was loading the 4 by 8 sheets into my worker's truck. We asked for help but none showed up. I am re-habbing a rental home that was trashed by a tenant and am only helping my worker when I can. I chose Home over Lowes usually. Lowes is good and helpful too. But second choice.

Iam always able to find what i need and when needing assistance the assistance is always available with professional assistance thank you so much for having what i need when i need it and the professional workers to help me pick their brain for the right products when i need to choose.

Wanted heavy duty shelves and a storage shed. HD had a nice selection of sheds, found just what I wanted ordered it and then looked for heavy duty shelves. Not available in store, but associate helped me order them on line to be delivered to the store. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Great experience at this store.

I get better help and faster at other stores that sell similar items. Your cashiers are just fine. and the store is clean.

Bought washer and dryer and refrigerator. We just moved to the area. Was greeted throughout the store, the associate that helped us was super knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was in a few days, we left smiling even though we spent a ton of money.

There were so many choices of bathroom lighting and all at a good price. The selection of bathroom mirrors and medicine cabinets guaranteed you would find something you liked. I found the perfect mirror and light fixture. A great shopping experience.

I was looking for a few items and an Associate approached me asking if I needed help. I did and he did. He knew exactly where to go to find the items I needed and they were not in the same location. His knowledge of the store was excellent. At checkout the clerk was most helpful and she and another associate asked If I needed help loading my purchases. I did not need assistance but just asking me if I did was in itself was appreciated. I shop regularly at this Home Depot and do some of my gift buying here and will continue to do so..

Good store with almost every thing you need.Always hard to find specific items like nickel brushed finish mails

I always find the HD associates quite helpful, but sometimes disappointed that sampling of products I am looking for are only available on-line.

People available to help but not very helpful. Didn't show us where the product was.

Outstanding customer service! Fred, in the BBQ section, went out of his way to meet my needs. I would recommend this store to anyone that is looking for a BBQ.

Ellie helped us in selecting our new wood floors. She was very professional and seemed to care that we understood and were pleased with our choice. Unfortunately, the store was under-staffed so she had to take a few phone calls which did not interfere with our purchase. She apologized and was very kind and understanding. I went to the store today to return an online purchase. There were difficulties with the online return process (an appliance not showing up in the order number), but Pardeep went above and beyond to help me out. I will be coming in to the store from now on. Thank you Pardeep!

I had checked on the Website for availability of some treated lumber but couldn't find it in the store that the site had recommended. Customer Service helped me find an even better choice for the project I was doing and made sure I had all I needed in place of what I had planned. Bottom line is; he turned a potentially bad experience into one of the best I have had at a building supply store. It is really refreshing to have experienced people at Customer Service. Great guy!!
