Will not shop here again
The store seems to be under new management and has gone downhill. There seems to be new associates as well every time I come in proving my assumption that management doesn't know what they are doing. It was almost impossible to walk through the store because of the pallette buildup.

    Alejandro is a embarrassment for Home depo
    Alejandro yelled at my family and I for paying for a fridge at self check out. He told me that I shouldn't assume that we could pay there. I told him there was no signage and that I was sorry. He was so upset because the register froze and repeatedly told me that I shouldn't assume and that I should of asked. I tries to explain that the worker there saw me scanning and said nothing. After about 10 minutes of him yelling not to assume. I got my change and while walking out Alejandro chased us to make sure we knew not to assume to pay there next time. He actually left the self check out register open with all the money out just to come and yell at us. I finally had enough and asked to speak to a manager. Ethan came and apologized and while the manger is talking to us I see Alejandro about 10 feet away starring and giving my family and I dirty looks. We ask the manager to turn around and look . Alejandro must feel super entitled at this store because he didn't even flinch. Ethan again apologized but after all that ny family and I felt attacked and l can't believe that there are people like Alejandro treating customers like that. I think he forgets that we the customer keeps the store open.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the deeply troubling experience I had during my visit to your store at 4864 E. Kings Canyon Rd, Fresno, CA, on June 19, 2024, at approximately 9:50 PM. The conduct exhibited by your employees, Alejandro and the store manager, was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory. I entered the store to purchase garden soil and tubing for my ice-making machine. Upon approaching the cash register, I was met by Alejandro, who did not greet me and abruptly stated, "I cannot help you." When I asked him why, he responded, "I want to help the people in front of you." Looking around and seeing no one ahead of me, I questioned him further, to which he dismissively said, "Never mind, come here." This initial interaction made me feel unwelcome and confused. As I approached, Alejandro scrutinized my shopping cart, prompting me to explain that my original cart had been taken, and the items were scattered. He proceeded to unload the bags of soil to check for other items, and I assisted him. This felt unnecessarily invasive and accusatory. During the checkout process, I noticed a sign above my head stating, "If someone tries to sell our product cheaper, we will beat that price and give you a 10% discount." I informed Alejandro that I wanted to take advantage of this offer, showing him a price from another walk-in store in California selling the same product for $6.49. Alejandro responded rudely, "What is this? What are you showing me? No, we don't price match this competitor store; we only do it for local stores here in Fresno." I clarified, "This is not an online store; it's a walk-in store in California." Alejandro retorted, "No, we do not price match for this store; we only do it for local stores here in Fresno." I pointed out the sign above, to which he angrily replied, "No, that is not how that works!" When I requested to speak with the manager, Alejandro looked behind me and shouted, "Do we do a price match for this competitor?" He then turned back to me and said, "No," without waiting for a proper response. I insisted on speaking directly to the manager, who was a woman ignoring me while on her phone. She brusquely asked, "Yes, what do you need?" I explained the situation and pointed to the sign. The manager, without looking at my phone, demanded, "Do you have an SKU from the competitor?" When I said, "I don't know what that is," and showed her my phone, she refused to look, saying, "I am not touching your phone; you could have anything on it. I don't know where you got that price from; you made it up." At this point, a police officer approached, and I felt surrounded and intimidated. The store manager and Alejandro, using the officer's presence, pressured me to either leave the store or pay full price without further discussion. They told me to "stop talking" and threatened that I would not get any discount if I continued to argue. The manager condescendingly said, "Figure it out yourself; that's your problem." Despite feeling discriminated against and humiliated, I was eventually given the price match without the advertised 10% discount. The manager and Alejandro claimed that the SKU requirement was in the fine print, which I could not find upon inspection. The entire interaction, marked by rudeness, refusal to listen, and leveraging the presence of a police officer, made me feel discriminated against and treated with utter disrespect. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Home Depot, a store my family has long relied on for our home improvement needs. The treatment I received was unacceptable and discriminatory.

          One of the best Home Depots, I have shop at. The employees are nice and, respectful. Theirs always a police officer parked in the front of the store making you feel safe.

            Customer service.
            They have the worst customer service you asked them about a product and they don’t know what you are asking them. They have no clue you also ask for help in getting something or carry out and they take forever or they’re always on their phones. They are always in the isles and they do not help you, you have to go look yourself for a representative to call another and yet that still takes even longer
