I had many questions in reference to a Behr deck restore product and Zack not only was very helpful but informative about the product and proper application but continued to help us with any questions we had after the initial purchase.

There is a Home Depot closer to me. But will go the extra mile or so to come to this store. Very helpful, friendly. If you get a guy named Bill at the register, tell him Hi from the Crazy Old Tarantula Lady at Seven Wonders Exotic Pets!!! He deserves a raise.

I had a return today around 1:40pm. It was a simple return. I explained why I wanted to return the item. A few moments later she said she didn't like that I was lying to her about my return. At that moment I was in shock. Once my return was completed, I left the counter and she proceeded to talk to her male co-worker about the return. I don't understand because it was just a simple return and leave kind of thing but she was really rude about it. I'm sorry that you guys have her as an employee.

I was needing some help and a Home Depot employee happened to walk by and asked if he could help me. He escorted me to the correct aisle, helped me with my purchase, even brought me a cart from the outside because I forgot to obtain one before I walked into the store. The employee was very positive, professional, and courteous. Come to find out, that employee, James is the manager of the store. Talk about setting the example of fanatical customer service to all of your employees and for that matter to other Home Depot stores of how a true leader should lead.....by example.

I always have a great customer experience at the N Abby St. store in Fresno, CA, but today was about the best experience I could have had. A few years ago I had a tool rental that went bad, and they were unable to provide me with a replacement so I had wasted half my day. The the store manager made good back then giving me a full refund and also writing on the back of his business card that I could use that as a $75 off coupon on a future. Fast forward a couple years and I had missed placed the card in my filing cabinet with my receipts. I just found it and I went to the store, not expecting them to allow me to use it, unless he was still working at the store, which he was not at this time. The current store manager, Curtis Justice agreed to allow me to use it for my purchase, which was awesome. The sales associate Amandalynne and another associate named Bill, who I believe was a shift lead, went out of his way to help me find the price of a product that appeared to be new in their inventory because it wasn’t showing up with the price when they scanned it or when they typed in the numbers manually. All three of them went above and beyond in making my experience fantastic and I very much appreciated current manager honoring the previous manager’s agreement to give me $75 off my purchase. I already prefer shopping at the store versus all other Home Depot‘s in the area because of good customer service and the inventory is good in the cleanliness of the store, but today cemented me as a customer they will have for as long as I live in this area. Thank you

Couldn’t find item #, then tried selling me something more expensive that wasn’t even item I purchased.. when I addressed it she said “ we’ll go get another one with sticker if you don’t want me to charge you different item” .. really? Give me a break. Do your Job!!!

I had the greatest service with a problem I had and it was handled instantly and with knowledge and respect

Adrian in hardware, Memo in electrical, and Dylan, Charles, and Benny in tool rental were all very helpful and memorable in my shopping experience today. All employees greeted me when I approached them, were able to give me VERY helpful advice in the various projects I am working on and we’re able to recommend products that I needed to get the job done quickly, correct and safely. I would recommend this store to my friends, family, co workers, dogs, dawgs, and extraterrestrial aliens that touch down on earth. This store saved me from going to the store that shall not be named which I hate going to anyways. All employees mentioned above should be giving raises and vacations to Cabo!! This is now my preferred store.

I bought a storage container since I was in need of one, and every employee was helpful, especially an employee named Michael from electrical he went above and beyond ensure I not only got the best service but making sure I got everything I needed; this man had a huge smile on his face and you could tell from his positive attitude that LOVES his job, one of the best employees I can say I've ever experienced. The drive is a bit farther from the other location near me, but this Home Depot showed me respect and made me feel welcome. I will ensure I come here for years to come.

If you can't find something. Ask for Mike or Randell. They went out of there way to make such I had what I needed.

Was greeted by Michael, he asked me if he could help me and took me to the item I was looking for. He then stood by to make sure I found the items I was looking for. Was very friendly and engaging and didn't hurry me at all. Very nice experience! Wish everyone was like Michael!

Alex greeted my like family from the gate. He was extremely professional and exceeded expectations by a long shot. He became aware of my son disorder and took extra special time to help my son with all the random questions he had. Alex cannot be mentioned enough my son is diagnosed with ASD and as a father I could not be happier knowing that I came to the right store and was helped expeditiously and in a timely fashion. My issue was resolved and the situation was handled immediately. My issue was resolved efficiently and effectively. I want to tell you again thank you Alex for the wonderful experience and my son is still talking about Alex and the Halloween. Thank you again you made my son’s night and for that I want to give you a big shout out sir and say thank you from the Mitchell’s. I truly believe without your assistance my issue would have gone unresolved as it has twice before tonight’s encounter. Thank you again Alex you deserve to be recognized for your exceeding expectation from a customer and his family!!!!!

Have had great luck finding what I need at Fresno Home Depot. Snagged a 3 way LED bulb cheaper than I could get online!
