Not enough associates, it took us a while to be able to talk to someone for a quick question.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience every time I go to the garden department. Ms. Arthemise is always willing to help me.

The item I wanted to purchase showed in inventory but could not be located in the store. The young lady in customer service was very helpful and tried to help with the gentlemen in the tool department. Every effort was made while I was in the store to locate the item but with no success. The gentleman I spoke with took my phone number and called me several hours later and said that the item had been located. It was put into the proper isle and I was able to return to the store and complete the purchase. I could not wait to have the item delivered if I ordered it online, I needed to get the item right away. I really appreciate the great customer service from both the tool department and the customer service dept.

Associate was helpful about my question regarding bathroom fixture parts

The store is extremely beautiful and is always clean. The staff working there are always helpful but at times, the new employees will send you to the wrong aisle but overall great store.

The store is OK. I could not find the product I need though.

Recommending this store is because I usually have a decent experience, but this day 10/21/15 ----not so much. The rating of excellent for "associate helpfulness" is for the lady who took me a good distance to the item I needed. The other 3 associates: The return desk "lady" snatched the (on-line) order paper I was reading, well, as I was reading it. The associate making my key abruptly turned his back on me (as I was explaining my needs) to answer another customer who interrupted us. No apologies from him upon giving me his attention again and when I politely pointed out the inappropriateness of his actions, he looked irritated. A quick "excuse me" or "sorry about that" is usually sufficient to appease most anyone, but I don't think he was interested in learning something that day. The cashier said NOTHING to me throughout the transaction. Didn't look for everything I came for that day----just needed to get out of there.

Store was clean and organized. Very easy to find product I was looking for. There were many associates waiting to help me which was really nice. Great store...

Had a large selection of Coleus plants. Actually bought more than planned.

If you want personalized attention, go see Augusto in floor and tile. My family and I went to purchase everything we would need to retile our bathroom . Augusto took his time with us and even suggested some styling ideas which we will be using. Thanks to Augusto, we will be visiting this location more often.

I needed help changing the blade on a miter box saw that I had purchased. The gentleman in tool-rental actually went to the trouble of changing it for me. Fantastic service !

i love this home depot. i visit home depot very often. store 251 is the best home depot i ever visited.the associate are always friendly and helpful. i always need a lot of help and recived it every time. all theassociates are so friendly.

I found Paul at Builidng Materials Department. He was not only enthusiastic, but also knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He located all products on my list and loaded my cart. He acted as a personal shopper. He showed me a new product, which was awesome. He made my shopping experience fast and fantastic.

Last week I called wanting fencing posts and concrete. I was quoted and said I may place my order online for pick up. I went today and found that the size of the posts I need were not available. However, I did buy the concrete but could not find anyone to load it on the truck. Unfortunately, someone left a cart in front of the loading dock door that was shut and when I was walking out of the store one of the corners was protruding and I tripped over it. I was in sheer pain willing to walk out of the incident but felt I should talk to management and let them know that this could have serious consequences for someone else. I waited over an hour for one of the managers to come out and listen to me and nobody came out. By this time I was beginning to feel the pain increasing and I was concerned about the contractor billing me for his wasted time. Nobody offered me a chair, a glass of water, nothing! Actually I was told that perhaps management was taking care of someone else and would not be leaving the customer "just to take care of you". I felt and still feel pretty bad. I could not work today because my back hurts pretty bad and my wrists and left leg. It's not fair. People should put the carts in the designated place but since they won;t then HD should do what Publix does get the employees to pick up the carts and avoid this kind of accidents.

Everytime I need plumbing aupplies, I seek out Omar who works in the plumbing section. He knows EXACTLY where everything is located which saves me time in that I don't have to search for items and waste time. When I go to checkour, I always look for the line where Mercedes or Marisol are at because they know what they are doing and ring people up fast and get them out of the store, saving everyone time. Both of them usually ask me if I forgot anything and that has saved me several trips back for the single item I would have forgotten to get if it were not for them asking. i like to buy in home depot and when i need to buy anything i will go to store

I went to rent a tool in the rental area where the associates was friendly and knowledgeable. It was my first time trying to complete a project and the associates was about to give a lot of knowledge to help me complete my project. Customer service was great and thankful they was there to help. Also the rental area was clean and organize I will return again because the appearance was nice.

Everyone in this store was very helpful, I got what I needed it and will keep going for my projects.
