The store is pretty organized and easy to walk through.

The associate at the store was very helpful and professional. Store was full of Christmas stock and I love it. Love to shopping at this location is always my pleasure.

To be honest this visit to Home Depot wasn’t very pleasant. I usually love coming to shop here because of the ideas that I get walking around every department but everyone has lost her touch as far as greeting customers and having great customer service skills. Many moons ago I used to be a Home Depot employee and I had a great trainer and one of the things that I was taught was to help in every department , be knowledgeable and also always have the willingness to learn more to become a great asset to the company. The experience that I had today was horrible in the paint department. There was a gentleman there by the name of Victor in the paint dept. with the aisle closed doing some restocking and I totally understand ,I get it. I remember the rules that if someone is a aisle no one can enter & that is fine I am cool with that but when you have a customer waiting for more than 30 minutes You would think that the customer sales rep would actually come down or peek over and say is this something “I can help you with something, I will be here for a while” . He didn’t offer any service of the sort & all I wanted was two cans of primer which were right by his side. When I told him I used to work for the company he blatantly responded well if you know that you work here before you know we speak the same language. I responded no we don’t because I would get down from the machine and service the customer and go about my business afterward . Now just to reassure you I’m not trying to get him in trouble or anyone else whatsoever at this branch or any other Home Depot. I’m just trying to restore the value of what the company has given me and how I have taken my work ethic from Home Depot and have had a successful career elsewhere due to those ethnics. I always say this to all of my employees “it’s hard to gain a customer but is easy to lose him” you treat every customer as if they’re your next million dollar account. This could’ve been one of those incidents where you guys could have a potential buyer and can easily get discouraged due to the service that someone has given him. I will still continue to buy from Home Depot but hope that that saying that used to be on everyone’s apron comes back “I help in every department” and apply customer service skills to make shopping more pleasant instead of making a customer feel unwelcome and showing that there bothered when asked a question. Anthony the cashier looks way to young to even be working for homedepot! but he had a great and positive attitude towards his job! homedepot did a good job picking such nice associate!
