More staff for a big store... More staff =more satisfied customers

Not enough staff to man check outs.. Otherwise, OK experience

We enjoy visiting this Home Depot because all of the associates are so helpful and friendly.

I don't go at the Home Depot regularly, but when I do... I enjoy checking out stuff.

Vanessa was very customer service oriented. She was very nice and literally waived me down to help me check out. I was very impressed. Thank you! ☺

Home Depot is the best, my favorite place to shop!! I am always able to find what I need, they have a wide selection to choose from, with excellent products that are lower than their competitors. The customer service is impeccable... One thing I hate is having to search for an associate for help, at Home Depot on Newhall Ranch Road in Santa Clarita Valley the associates are available and eager to be of service. Workers at Home Depot are friendly, knowledgeable, well trained, and efficient. The managers and supervisors are also friendly not only with their customers but with their employees and they are always available to help. Thank you Home Depot for caring about your customers and going the extra mile to make sure that your customers are not only satisfied but happy!!

Morgan Fritz was the Associate that helped me find the product that I needed. Most store associates would just point in the general direction of what I need or tell me that "this isn't my department". Morgan?! No she understood that time was of the essence. She guided me to the product that I needed and rung me up. She needs to be up in the corporate office delegating by example. I've never been to this particular hd location, but since my experience with Morgan I will be a regular here.

Before entering we were greeted by Ralph, who knew my husband's name on sight. I know the store quite well, and he said to meet him in appliances, as he was finishing up with a customer. Another associate, Cheryl, helped me till Ralph arrived. When we were through in appliances, we bought a few more things, & Joyce, at customer service was wonderful as always!

I'm bummed I'm not supposed to mention the employee's name because she was AWESOME. Helped me "return" three gallons of paint so we could re-ring them on a new receipt that's within the dates that the Labor Day $10/gal paint rebate is valid. Totally saved me $30. Thanks, customer service lady I'm not allowed to name! You rock!

This isn't my "Home Store" so it took me a few visits to get the layout figured out. The store was very organized and clean for how busy it was. With helpful associates I was able to get what I needed and scoot out. I also utilized the staff at the Pro Desk and scheduled a delivery of items too large for me. They were very accommodating and personable and took care of business as courteous professionals. Quite refreshing and made my day.

I had a very nice experience while shopping at your store. The price was excellant, item availability was ample and ease of locating the item purchased was easy. The associates were very friendly and helpful , and Pete ,my cashier was very friendly. I used my military ID for my purchase and Pete really made me feel appreciated when he thanked me for my service to the USA.

The sales associates are experienced and have many great ideas on how to get the job done. The check-out process is especially well run.

I FOUND THE SALESPERSON QUICKLY AND HE WALKED ME THROUGH THE DIFFERENT STOVES IN THE STORE AND HELPED ME FIND WHAT I WANTED QUICKLY. PROFESSIONAL AND A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR.

I found everything i needed and learned a veiw things while there.

It is extremely time consuming to return ANYTHING to Home Depot. Most of the time, there is only one checker. In addition, the clerks are VERY unfriendly, no greeting, no smile. They look unhappy and angry. It is also very hard to find help in finding particular items or help in deciding which item would be best. There is still nothing more helpful than a qualified sales person.

The cashier Imelda was very sweet and gave me some great tips about the paint that I bought. The paint associate I worked with was also very friendly.

Every person who worked there seemed very eager to make sure my shopping experience was taken care of. Great customer service. Could use more registers open, but overall everyone was very nice.

This Home Depot is well stocked and organized. I mainly go during the evenings where there are far less customers. I wish there were more associates available to help check out during the evening hours.

I love The Home Depot.... one stop shopping for the home; I love the fact that they also carry such a large variety of cleaning products.
