We had an easy, stress free experience while ordering a refrigerator. Ariana the sale associate was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The refrigerator we picked out unfortunately won’t be here for three weeks but we completely understand considering the times and how things are not being delivered as soon as they used to be now with Covid and the restrictions. We will definitely continue our future shopping here at Home Depot.

Usually I would go to the other store located on Soledad but this experience was disappointing. I went to pay for my items & the cashier Sydney didn’t say one word to me. I said thank you & asked if I could get a bag please. Didn’t say one word & got the bag & flinged it to me. And I still said thank you. She clearly has something wrong has you can tell her demeanor was off & unfriendly sadly.

Gordon in garden was so friendly and helpful, a true asset to Home Depot. Experience was great!

The managers know what they are doing, the staff is knowledgeable and the customer service is second to none. This is a huge improvement since previous years. Thank you for taking prior comments and providing solutions this store once was plagued with.

The employees here are so very friendly and happy, but that’s because we live in a nice area. If it’s the ghetto, then everything changes.

The employees are never eager to assist a customer and can be rude.

It's just a great store. I shop there all the time. Sometimes in other stores when I'm looking to do a particular project I know more about the item I'm trying to purchase than the person working in that section. This does not happen at Home Depot.

I always feel welcomed and safe at this location. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to think creatively with you, when you have a problem project. Store is ALWAYS clean and organized. I love the organization and layout of the store. I walk in and everything I need is simple and easy to find.

Imelda was very helpful and a joy to work with! When Home Depot did not have what we were looking for, she went out of her way to find us a solution in-store. She took the time to ask us questions and was very knowledgeable in her answers. She went "above and beyond" and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received.

This store has been great in the past. However, lately the customer service has been on a steady decline. And if you need doors and windows, this is not the store to get decent service at. Skip at and go somewhere else, it is that bad. They still have good selections on lumber and tools, but otherwise you can get what you need somewhere else.

I am not sure what was going thelrough the cashier day but she was rude. Ma’am if you are having a bad day, stay home. I greeted her and said hello. No acknowledgement. I even thanked her also after my transaction. Still did not even acknowledge me. I had to grab my stuff off the counter and wasn’t even offered a bag for my stuff. She just had a 1000 mile stare toward the parking lot as I walked by her. Real rude overall. Typically the cashiers have always been great here at least they greet or acknowledge you. Her name is Joanne. Tall Lady. Be careful.

Very clean, friendly staff

My go-to store for everything I need in the way of home and garden supplies. With a five acre ranch home, that's sometimes quite a lot. I usually find exactly what I am looking for, and sometimes I find things I didn't even know I wanted, until I saw them. The store is well run, well staffed, clean, and easy to navigate. I especially like the fact that I can always get help with big, bulky or heavy items. At my age, I can't always manage them, but I find that the employees volunteer their help cheerily, every time I need it. The employees seem to really like their jobs, and that says a lot about management. Happy employees = happy customers.

Hard to say, that its nicer to shop here where the employees dont speak spanish to me , and spanish is not playing . The san fernando HD is hard to shop, i would rather take the drive.

Cesar in paint department was helpful and great he helped me more then once this past week and was great !!

Helpful staff listens to to details of your home projects and provides good insight. Isaac is very helpful and knows his way around all supplies.

In todays times, people avoid people. however this store will still approach you and really help you. It is nice to know that customer service is not dead. Also whenever here, search out MIke G. very knowledge in every department.

Didn't initially get the help I had asked for today loading some plywood into my truck (I'm injured) but eventually after waiting for a couple HD workers that said they would help for about 10 minutes Gordon the cashier asked if I needed anything. I mentioned I had been waiting for 10 minutes for the lot workers to help me, who said they would and then got distracted. He made a call and in a couple minutes had another worker and had loaded the sheets into my truck. Gordon is the kind of employee you would clone 100x if you could. He sensed a problem, inquired, then quickly solved it and turned a negative store review into a positive one. He's not even a lot guy, he left his cashier station to do this. I'd hire Gordon

I had to make a return today and was greeted by such a wonderfully positive cashier named Iliana. She made me feel really welcome and made me smile with how professional and friendly she was. Its been awhile since I've seen anyone so friendly on the other side of the counter at any store during this pandemic, but she reminded me how pleasant people can be. Easy return. Great service. Thanks! :)

The Santa Clarita store is very clean inside, it's employees are willing to help you answering any of your questions and also helpful in finding what you need.
