Bought new Washer/Dryer

Much better and available selection of machines in comparison to the other big home improvement store. Purchase went well, except our request to haul away old machines did not end up on the invoice. Caused some trouble upon delivery. Delivery/installation did not go well as the delivery team is in WAY TOO much of a hurry! Less than adequate delivery...All is settled now and new machines working well

Like Family

It is not very often that i make a review on a large store, but this one is more than meets the eye. EVERYTIME i go to this store I am blown away by the ease making a return, finding what I need, and feeling like I am appreciated as a customer. Let's face it, you can go local, *owes, or ol' faithful Home Depot. Don't mess around and take the forst two mentioned.

Not particularly impressed

While shopping for charcoal, we were only able to find a huge, 2 pack bundle of the product we needed..... Expensive, and heavy. Nevertheless, we bought it, and my daughter lugged it onto her shoulder. She carried it from the garden center to the other side of the store for check out. Not one employee offered to help her, and an employee actually was walking right behind her, pushing a cart.... And he didn't bother to ask if he could help. I guess chivalry is dead in California. Thank GOD I'm not from here.

The best Home Depot that we have been to thus far

We have always had great experiences with this Home Depot location. The employees are attentive and treat the customers with enthusiasm and respect, which is the opposite of the experience that we've had at other locations. Inventory is rarely a problem, and we are usually in and out very quickly - whenever we don't get caught up in browsing for cool home improvement ideas.

Pro desk associate Connor is terrible, cashier saves the morning

Went to pro desk to get some assistance and the employee Connor has 0 engagement and left me hanging for a while while she chats it up with a cashier. She is new so I get she didn't no anything, but pretty much blew me off and said go to Homedepot.com. 3 stars is for the regular cashier Elli for being extremely nice and efficient after I was upset over my pro experience
