Cam in Garden and Steve in electrical were very helpful, besides being fun guys.

I am an elderly woman and love to shop at Home Depot! I can always count on amazing customer service. From the time I walk in the door, where I'm greeted by a friendly person and they can usually point me to the right aisle. Normally I can find what I am looking for, but if I can't there is always a friendly sales associate to help me. Cashiers are usually available, but I can also use the self check out if I am in a hurry. You guessed it, there's always a friendly person right there to help you if you need it. So now you see why I love to shop at Home Depot!

Went looking for a Christmas Tree. Didn't need it cut, so We were in and out quickly.

Please do not allow dogs in the store! A couple had their large dog with them while shopping in the store. It was very busy in the Christmas lighting section and a large dog was in everyone's way. Some customers have no common sense when it comes to taking their dogs in crowded stores.

Store is overcrowded and very busy. Customers cannot navigate the aisles with a shopping bucket let alone a shopping cart or larger material cart. Employees are non responsive which is clearly reflective of the managements attention to detail in store appearance and the importance of addressing and assisting customers. I assume that this store is doing great sales so they could really care less if you shop in this disorganized environment. Parking lot is poorly maintained and difficult to navigate with a car of any size. Especially when they close of the main lot for a Christmas tree lot that takes up half of the available parking in the front of the store.

I was greeted right when I walked in the door and was quickly sent in the right directions for help. There Rhonda helped me in the pluming section cut pvc pipe. She was Extremely friendly and helpful.

it was easy for me to find what I need. The store is well organized

I think they need to have more staff, I always have to wait a long time to get help.

The person at the help desk really helped me by listing which isle each item that I was looking for was located and by calling to verify that you had moth balls sold individually and not just by the case. Thank you!

This Is the best store that I have found in the San Diego area. They always seem to have what I'm looking for in stock, and the associates are so helpful. They have helped me get through the many trials and errors of our home renovation. Thank you HD!

Broke my hip, but things around the house still have to be taken care of. The electric that the store supplied made it possible for me to get through the huge store and between my husband, other shoppers and the assiciates everyone helped me out and I was able to get everything I needed with the lest amount of problems.

The customer service (returns) person, Tammy, was very personable, professional and quick to resolve my problem.

Chris, in the plumbing department was a great help to me. He took my order and cut and threaded pipe for me in a very timely manner. He also had a very good attitude. It was a pleasure working with him, and it made my job go a lot better.

Overall the items I needed were available. An item inquired about was not in stock though the system noted 4-5 of the items were in stock.

Associate was knowledgeable and recommended a few things I forgot to think about. I was very grateful for the reminder. Dewey

This store consistently has been a great resource since it was built about 25 years ago.

We found everything easily, mostly because we had Josh at the service desk helping and Chris in flooring putting everything together for us. It was the end of a long day and my contractor was tired so the extra help we got was much appreciated. I am so happy to have a HomeDepot so close.

Duane and Erick loaded my bulky bbq into my car and they did it carefully with patience and cheerfulness. It required unscrewing one of the side tables off, too. Thanks, guys!

Our Oceanside store is one of the smallest of all the locations not to mention one of the originals on the west coast. The store is cramped and the parking lot can not fit full sized pickups. Despite all that the Home Depot crew makes the best of it by stocking on non pike times and being very helpful. If an employee cannot help they find someone who can within a few seconds.
