Everybody was very helpful

I love to look for things I did not know I needed. I just wish my Military Discount was tied to my HD Credit Card in store like it is when I shop online.

I use this Home Depot and another in Vista. The other has more open parking and better in/out access. This one is a little weird getting out if you're not going west on the 78. I prefer the store in Vista, a few miles away to the south, but this one's OK.

I was not able to find something I was looking for in lawn and garden, and Debbie went way above and beyond to help find it. She gave me a tour of most of the store while we looked for the product I wanted. Exceptional customer service! Todd

Husband and I went to the Vista location looking for a specific large halloween decoration but they were sold out, the kind service rep said they saw one left at the Oceanside location so we headed over in hopes of finding it. Staff member Arlene and I looked everywhere for it, and with her patience and determination, she found it tucked away on a top shelf located in the garden center! She had fellow staff member Estefani help her get it down with the forklift and it wasn't easy!!! But they did get it for us and we love it! It made our Halloween decorations complete! Thank you!! Great service and hard work very much appreciated!

I spoke to 3 associates regarding my various needs. All three went above and beyond trying to help me with my product search. Great team at this store!

Rhonda and Chris are always so helpful in plumbing! Chrissy is very professional at the Pro Desk! Patty is always friendly at checkout. Jared...what a gem at the Return/Customer Service Desk! Night Closing Manager Tim is probably the hardest working Home Depot manager in San Diego County, Next to Tina, who is a close runner-up. And...he really knows how to catch and release the bad guys (to the PO PO)!!!

I was on a quick trip on my lunch hour to get in and out of Home Depot. I was solo and had struggled just puttin the three bags of 3 cubic feet onto my cart. I quickly checked out and headed to my car when like a hero out of no where Santiago came and put them in my car for me, unprompted and so very kind! I don't know what I would have done with out his excellent service! Thank you Oceanside Home Depot for hiring such a great customer service oriented staff member, he made my day!

I shopped at Home Depot in person. I did self check out and did not enter a phone number or email at the terminal. Yet the following day I get an email asking me to review my experience, with the correct date I shopped in it. This is weird and disturbing. My credit card info must be used to cull this info. Super creepy, weird and invasive. Stop it.

Good and local. I'm an Elite Pro Member. I do Dislike when they completely change the Location of Supplies. Wastes my time to then Locate what I need for the day...

When will you modernize your billing system?? My bill arrives via USPS too late for me to make a payment before it is late and I get a late charge

Multiple trips to HD for day long project. Several cashiers came to see me in their lines…all were positive, encouraging and actively helping me to get the job done!

I love shopping here as it's conveniently located, is well stocked and has friendly employees.

I was having project go badly but The cashier was so cheerful and witty I forgot to Be sad.

This Home Depot is conveniently located between where I live and where I work. I visited it a lot. The employees are consistently helpful and friendly. Though the store doesn’t stock everything, it usually has what I need.

The store was very clean and not one item was out of place (that I could see)

I recently bought an older home and needed to remodel the kitchen. Luckily I met with Showroom Specialist, Jessica Sanchez. She as able to answer all my questions, found ways to improve my kitchen design without going over my budget. She took the time to explain the current sale offerings too. Jessica made a potentially stressful experience quick, easy and fun.

Kelly is the rudest sales cashier. Will never return to this Home Depot! save yourself some time and drive to the other one in Oceanside.

Chelsea in the paint department tried to make fun of me today by giving me the wrong color paint. I let her know that I was partially blind and she was put off because she really did not want to help me. She made sure her colleagues knew she did not want to help me. She made sure the paint that I picked was the wrong color is thinking that I would not be smart enough to test it against the paint that I had chosen.. after I called her out, she told me to go away from her paint department. Yes I did speak to the manager. I wasted two hours of my day today to be treated this way in made fun of. I hope Chelsea’s having a good night.

This location always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Patrick in hardware is always helpful and knowledgeable of product and product locations throughout the store; never skips a beat to help. The cashier Patricia is the best! From greeting everyone to helping you wrap up your transaction, great experience!

Nathaniel was helpful and knowledgable. June checked me out of store and made certain shop vac accessories were the correct size. The man at the returns counter was so kind and helpful. I do not know his name, but I returned a box cutter that just did not suit me.kudos to that dept also.
