    Customer care is pathetic
    I wasted time and fuel to receive wrong ordered parts. The parts I received don’t correspond to website part number resulting in wrong parts delivery and NO attempt made by employee to have the issue fixed so others won’t have to experience what I did.

          Delivery and In store purchases
          I am writing to express my frustration with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I requested assistance from an employee to have some moulding cut. The employee told me that I could cut it myself and stated that there was no assistance available and my Christmas tree was left practically on the street rather then my front door creating a serious risk of it getting stolen

              Extremely cramped.
              All of the bargain displays are so close it’s almost impossible to shop with a basket. The employees leave forklifts and other equipment in the most inconvenient places. 100 % of the time you will have to turn around and walk around two to three isles just to get back to where you were 10 ft away from. But large equipment or pallets of product are left directly in your path. Very frustrating. The clearance sections are always half empty and usually the same things left on the shelves from over a month ago. I feel like profit is the only thing that matters and no attention to the customers shopping experience

                      We went to store to find a water heater for my mother. Diana, Shan, and Holly not only helped us get the right item, they brought it to the front, checked us out and even helped locate an installer!!! Then we even got a follow up call. These ladies are the best!!!!

                        Washer and dryer
                        I recently purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set from Home Depot, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shasta and Michael for their outstanding customer service! From the moment I arrive to the appliance department, they were both incredibly professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I fully understood all the features and options before making my purchase. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customer really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find people who go above and beyond the way they did. A million thanks to them, buying my new appliances was a truly great shopping experience, and I will definitely be returning!

                                Order was not pulled for scheduled pickup.
                                I ordered and paid for 15 kitchen cabinets, 1 of which was a special order for double stacked ovens. The remaining 14 were scheduled for 9/6/25 pickup. However, those cabinets were not pulled in preparation for the scheduled morning pickup. Only 12 of those 14 cabinets were in stock, so now we await 3 cabinets rather than 1. Loading was not completed until just before 10:00, delaying delivery 2 hours.

                                    the girl who cut my blinds was argumentative.
                                    Poor customer service. She likes to argue like I am stupid. I just need her to cut my blinds. It is also hard to get around the store because there are too much trash and pallets in the aisle.

                                      The last 2-3 times I have been to Home Depot the employees have asked me if I was finding everything I needed and ask if they could help me find something. It’s a good change from not being able to find help. Makes shopping easier and friendly employees make it a nice experience. I appreciate the employees who took the time to ask me if I needed help locating what I needed.

                                          Bought a riding mower but the battery was dead and the other 2 mowers had bad batteries in them. Ordered a battery and a charger and was told it would be in in 2 days. This was 6 days ago and am still waiting.

                                            Use the home depot app. It tells you where the item you’re looking for is and the app shows you various items you scan through to find the one item in your list. I say use your app cause the employees all seem busy with their own thing or busy helping other customers. And helping the customers usually take about 20 minutes plus.

                                                Employee noticed me looking for 2×4's and showed me exactly were the ones i needed were located. I was standing in line and a young lady 4 registers down got my attention and helped me check out. That helped me get in and out of the store quickly. The 2 lady are great at their jobs.

                                                  Sketchy Foreigner Infested Location Lacking Efficient Management
                                                  We hired guys for a siding job on Saturday. We placed an order for Saturday morning material pick up order. We got a call literally as we were leaving the house to get the order Saturday morning asking if it would be alright if the order won't be ready until 3 pm. Uh no. We had guys lined up and were paying them by the hour. She said they were unable to fulfil our order because they did not pull the order before they set up the monthly kids workshop in the siding isle. I have kids myself. The last time I took them, the workshop was set up in the classroom. Why would this location choose to set up the workshop in an isle where they had money pending to be spent in? Makes absolutely no sense and was poor management planning to do so. We ended up spending an additional 3 hours jacking around with the store trying to get our material that we wasted with our labor. We had to drive to the Midland Home Depot location 20 mins / 16.2 miles away. Upon arrival to Midland, the vibes were all different. The store was peaceful, not chaotic, organized, ample employees around to get things done (which they did). Opposed to the Odessa location. The lines are so long you can not efficiently travel the store, employees are hard to get to stop to help you, and obviously online ordering should not be an option until they get their crap together. This location has lost my loyalty and I will now drive the extra 20 minutes to the better managed location, because I will never do this nonsense again!! PLEASE SOMEONE READ THIS PART -- The Odessa location for the last year or so has had so MANY CUBANs or foreign spanish speaking men that hang outside the Pro doors. They are constantly walking up to customers asking if they need help etc. because they expect a tip. This is how they are making money. To someone native to Odessa, this is frustrating and annoying for a company to allow these people to crowd the entrances and stores to do this. As a woman as well, it is very alarming for random men to be walking up eagerly asking me questions in an unknown language. PLEASE GET REINS OF THIS LOCATION. THIS IS AWFUL!

                                                        Electrical Dept was a disaster!
                                                        Most items were out of stock. Boxes on shelf were full of wrong items. No help! Asked for help twice, heard the PA announcement but no one ever showed up.
