When is The Home Depot 4th of July Grill Sale?
Our 4th of July Sale, which includes savings on major appliances such as washing machines and dryers, can help you get a fresh start on cleaning. It runs from June 16th to July 9th. We have big sales on refrigerators and dishwashers, as well as tools, grills, and outdoor power equipment, too. Stop by the store today, or shop online at your convenience.
Do I need a generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When searching for generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. For safety purposes, always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors.
What kinds of moving boxes do you carry?
Make moving or storage easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like wardrobe and TV boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Don't forget to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.
What repairs should I take care of immediately?
Make sure your home is ready for strong storms and winds by replacing any broken or faulty parts of your home and hardscaping. If water flows into the crevices, you could be in for major repairs later. On the outside of your home, examine roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that could let water in. Gutters should be functional and clear to prevent water from pooling on the roof. Check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're damaged.
Do you have doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a peephole when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference as needed.
