store was clean and well stocked

Gustavo went above and beyond to assist us when we were shopping and when he noticed a check out line was taking a little longer than normal he willingly opened another register to ease the check out. His attitude was great! He has the want and will that this store needs. Employees need to be more like Gustavo, pleasant and willing to help!

some customers and employees didn't wear a mask

Again, the employee that helped me in lawn and garden was excellent. His name is Mark. He will surely be an asset to Home Depot when he's given the chance. Awesome day at Home Depot. Thanks again Mark!

We have shopped here for years since it opened up in Okeechobee. Always had exceptional service. Our past experience however, caused us to never return to this particular location. Associates around the store were great, until we were met with the manager Carrie. Whom we needed assistance to unlock a certain item. Her unwillingness to help solve one of concerns, as well as her rude demeanor during the entire experience. Really changed our mind sets of whether or not we wanted to purchase anything from the store. My husband had already purchased the item before she had came to unlock it. We refused to buy any accessories for the item and decided we would go else where because of her.

Everyone was friendly, and knowledgeable when we needed the assistance. Clean store, and we never had to chase some staff down for help like some competitors.

The people who work here are always ready to help you find what ever your looking for plus asking how your day is going !! Very personable !!

Employees were friendly and helpful. They provided all the information we required. We needed new central A/C and the employee Debbie explained how this would be taken care of through Advantage A/C who will do the installation. We were contacted by them and by their representative Kelly who came to the house, made an assessment, gave us a print of the cost. He explained the warranty completely. Advantage A/C installation men were very thorough, friendly, informative and cleaned up everything when they were done. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

This store is always clean and well organized. Store Associates are always friendly and helpful. if they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you and keep you up to date with delivery time.

Mel in paint is great and always goes above and beyond to make sure i get exactly what I need for my clients, wish there were less self checkouts and more cashiers.
