We're elderly and couldn't get help removing heavy bags of soil, that were stacked up over our heads. This pandemic policy ruined customer service! We were told that the employee can't handle something that we will handle. Then, how did the bags get stacked so high? Ridiculous!

Went to the Dunkirk location and was very happy with the service I received from Kevin at the service desk. I did complete the survey, after the survey was completed I was asked to review the Olean location. This is not where I shopped. My receipt indicates the Dunkirk Location. I hope Home depot reads this and corrects the computer error. But with all that said, Kevin at the Dunkirk location was a big help with my shopping/return items experience.

Great store. Awesome employees. Shelves are stocked well. And very clean.

Wonderful precautions due to Covid 19, Home Depot obviously cares about its customers and workers. Signs everywhere, workers sanitizing things regularly. Speaking of the workers at the Olean store? They are still polite, helpful, knowledgeable but most of all, willing to work so we at home can finish the projects we've been meaning to get to! Thanks home depot crew, we appreciate you!

With everything going on with the virus, the entrance and exits were clearly marked. Going through the store multiple people asked if they could help. cashier Ayden made the trip easier by getting me out of the self checkout area to go through her line which had just emptied.

Great customer service and excellent staff

Terrible customer service in the appliance department. Waited 1.5 hours just to get waited on. Asked if they would price match. No they wouldn't. Had to add installation to the appliance, called the store not helpful at all....Called the number on the order and they took care of it on the phone.. I will shop only online at Home Depot....

I need help and no one come over to assist me and I ask multiple times and sat there for 30 minutes and there asked for help to load it to my trailer no help.

Promised they could install our hat water tank. Got a call and can't do it. I had a tankless before that. I wanted a new one. Their websie said they install them. Do NOT purchase one. They do not have a contractor that will install them either!!

For as long as Home Depot 6161 has been here I have never had a bad experience with the store itself, your associates, and managerial personnel. I seldom, if ever, shop for home improvement items elsewhere. If I can't find what I want in the store, I check online rather than shopping at your competitor.

The employees are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond to help with your home repairs or appliance purchases. The store is well organized and clean!

Have done several home improvements and remodels and the guys in plumbing are so helpful. They helped with walk you through your project to make sure you don't forget anything and also make helpful suggestions.

Yay! The store finally put a paper towel dispenser in the mens room. Blow dryers suck.

The cashier, Marjorie, was friendly and got us checked out quickly.
