I bought dog ear fence to be delivered and had it installed and they sent the wrong fence to be installed and did nothing to fix it except refund the difference in price. which sucks cause now we are stuck with what we got. we wanted the dog ear fencing.

Nice to see the shelves full and I didn't have any problems finding what I needed.

I went to the store to pick up some paint that I had ordered only to find out that part of my order was being shipped to my house.I was frustrated by this because I was wanting it for the weekend .I spoke with a cashier on my way out of the store guess he could see I wasn't happy.He asked if everything was alright and if he could help.I explained what had happened and he went out of his way to help.Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable and understanding of my situation.He turned a bad day into a good day.I am so grateful that I stopped and talked to him.I just wish their were more people that took pride in their work as Jeremy does.

I was going to be making a very large purchase for a major business project I am working on, but the cashier and other employees were to busy talking to one another they could not even acknowledge me when I asked for help. I never complain on these things,but I have been here a few times and I get the same treatment. Please take your business elsewhere.

Home Depot has a variety of products on their shelves and online. Came in and was greeted by a friendly cashier (Katie). Barry in tools was most helpful too. Katie was also our cashier and she was remarkable and a true customer service associate!

We ourchased new bathroom furnishings and toilets and vanities and are pleased with quality and prices .

No product to review but praise should be given to your cashier Katie for her excellent customer service Saturday morning! Absolutely loved her outgoing and upbeat personality and friendly smile! You could definitely tell that she enjoys her job and the customers!

I came into the store pretty tired after a long day and I am a senior citizen and have trouble walking so I wasn't in the best of moods. Upon checking out the wonderful sales lady at the cash register lifted my spirits and had me sharing a giggle or two with her. I actually left the store feeling much better than I arrived! So glad I ended up coming that night for my needed Goods.

I have had great luck finding exactly what I need and helpful employees to explain to me when I am not sure about a product fitting my needs!

This store shows great Customer service. They go above & beyond to find what you're looking for. They don't just send you in that direction, they take you there or look it up for you.

I went in to buy exterior paint for my father and picked colors and talked about the offerings - even barn & fence paint was offered. They ended up mixing me interior paint - 2@5 gallon pails. When I got home I realized their error and was told there are no returns on mixed paint. 200$ in their employee’s mistake that my retired parents now have to eat. No use for 10gal of interior flat grey paint. So much for customer service at this location. Extremely disappointed in Home Depot policy to include their errors in return policy.

They give writing guidelines and specifically ask you not to talk about customer service. But thats exactly what I'm going to talk about. I went there for insulation and osb wood. I first have to find a worker bc as soon as they see a customer they take off the other way. But when I finally do, I ask them for 30 rolls of insulation and he asked me to give him 15 min and he would have it up front for me. So I go get the osb, pay for it, take it out to my truck and unload it by myself and return in the store and no insulation yet. So I wait 30 min and still nothing. I go find the employee and ask where my insulation is and he says they are getting it right now. So I go over to where it is and there is no one there. I go up front and wait another 35 min and then I see the employee helping another customer. So I go ask him again and he says there's stuff in the isle that needs moved first and that they are over there getting it now. So I go back to the insulation and no one is there. I then return up front to wait longer. Another 25 min goes by and I see the employee just waking around. Since I was by the front entrance I start complaining to the cashier and he had the manager of the department come over and I explained to him what was going on. He goes and gets the person and I can hear him say that he was helping other customers. I said I've been waiting for almost 2 hours and you still haven't got the insulation for me. The manager goes back with the employee and gets the insulation and brings it up and thats when I noticed it was the wrong insulation. So I tell them the right one, only to get told there isn't enough. I said online it says there's 44 in stock. There was only 17 and I had to order the rest. Then they only released 13 instead of the 17. Then I had to wait 17 days to get the other I ordered. They said they would call when it came in. Never received a call or email, had to drive 50 min to see if it was in because they don't answer their phones or call back when I left a message.

I really appreciate the paper towel dispenser being added to the bathroom. But for years the entrance door handle has been broken and just hangs. Seems like an easy fix.

Finally, you have some associates that go above and beyond and put the customer first! Helpful with tools, and friendly at checkout. Kudos to Barry for his help in tools and Katie for her upbeat personality as our cashier!

Poor quality lumber, insufficient stocking of lumber, no help

I bought this plant, and am so glad I did.

I like to shop when a young lady named Whitney is working because she always makes sure to walk with me in the store to make sure I understand all the items I need for the project I’m working on. I’ve been in the store other times and felt like I’m annoying employees by asking them questions because they seem bothered or rush me and I end up having to just go ask someone else because they hand you the item and just walk away. Today I went in and a man named Steve helped me get all the items I needed and made sure I was all set before I left. He was great and was making us laugh the whole time. He was great.
