Nice well-stocked store, very friendly and helpful employees! I've had nothing but good experiences with in store shopping and online/in store pickup!

Sheryl was very helpful in directing me to the product that I was looking for - and when I checked out; she did check to make sure that she had given me good information. She is a keeper!

We researched buying a double oven/range online and found one that met all of our needs. Several stores in the area had this model, but only Home Depot could deliver it to us in 2 days. Delivery from other stores was 2 weeks. So we decided to purchase from Home Depot. We were assisted by an associate in the Appliances Dept who was extemely helpful and knowledgeable and made the entire shopping experience extremely enjoyable.

Dave H in Hardware really went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to make an emergency fix to our house. He used some outside the box, and outside standard practice thinking to make sure he was doing what is best for the customer. It is rare to see that in customer service, and it was much appreciated. We were able to fix our problem in a much simpler, cost effective, and timely manner because of Dave's help. Thanks again

Just needed a couple of things. In & out quckly & on my way

I am a new home owner so I have been shopping at Home Depot a few times a month recently, as well as other home improvement stores. This visit was exceptional for me and my husband. We were looking for items we can use in the future not quite yet due to the season but wanted to plan ahead for spring. The associate that assisted us was so nice. She answered every question and even moved a sale display so we could look at prices for what we were shopping for. Later we ran into her again doing some routine store cleanup with pricing issues. She jumped right in to find answers to our questions. This was by far one of the best shopping experiences my husband and I have had anywhere recently and we didn't even intend to buy that much today. We will definitely return to this location when we begin our renovations and changes to our new home. Hopefully we can even find the friendly associate that helped us, really wish we'd caught her name.

Your associate Deb was an unexpected joy during my visit. She was outgoing, personable, friendly and a real blessing to my day. I will definitely ask for her during future visits if I need assistance.

Store is easy to use and locate items. Associates are helpful.

I parked my car, went into the store, found the outdoor lights, made my selection, went to check-out, used my military discount, paid, and was back in the car in ten minutes. That made for a great shopping experience. My family enjoys shopping at this Home Depot.

Unexpected project in my home. While looking at product was asked by several courteous staff if I needed assist. The specialty person did find me and answered all my questions. I did purchase the product. On return trip the next day I was further assisted by John H who went out of his way to assist in scheduling both tile and plumbing subcontractors for my project. Product is on order and hopefully will be in shortly. I found you may need to track down sales associate, but once you do you will receive the assistance you need

We were very happy with the help we receive in the tile department. There was a gentleman there who really knows his stuff--he helped pick out a tile and a contrasting decorative element, about 30 sq ft in all. The people at the service desk were also very helpful. One more thing I have to say about that store: there is an older woman at the front who greets everyone as they come in. She knows exactly where everything is. I have almost never seen anyone with her cheerful attitude and detailed knowledge of a store.

This visit was best of had thus far! Associate was friendly with my children at checkout. Just a great visit

I came into this Home Depot on Super Bowl Sunday and I had no idea what to do. I was replacing an old kitchen faucet. Only to run into several problems. Tara helped walk me through the whole process of how to change a shut off valve! Thank you so much for having such a great employee!! She took her time explaining every step in the process! She is a true asset to your company! Thank youTara!

Home Depot's customer service is the greatest ever!

Got everything we needed and got the help we required.

Aisles weren't clear. Lift was right in the middle of the aisle and made it difficult to shop that aisle. Which is one of the main reason I went there. Also sat I. Hardware for 10 mins waiting for someone. Couldn't find anyone near. Finally found a guy in lighting when I was in that department and asked him to help me back in hardware. Good guy.

I have been to most, if not all of the HDs in Columbus. This one is by far the best. It is staffed the best which makes all of the difference.

I have found the associates at the Orange store to be helpful and friendly. Doing most trips between 7:30 and 5:00 on weekdays, this store is convenient. Having persons knowing the store is always a big plus.

Items well stocked. Good prices. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgable store associates ... including the greeter and cashier in the self-check out lane.

Every employee in this store goes out of there way to help you. Anything from finding items to loading your vehicle is a breeze in this store because of the caring employees. Absolute A+ crew working here.

I called the plumbing dept. to get further information regarding gas hot water heaters. The associate was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and took time to explain the pros and cons of several different products. Instead of purchasing from our community, we drove 40 miles to purchase it from your store. Thank you for helping us make this important purchase.

The only comment is that when I walked in the area where the carts are stored was not clean, not a good first impression .
