I needed a specific piece of soft but strong rope for my little woman, and they cut it fast without any embarrassing questions about how I'd use just 10 ft in a truck.

Danielle is always willing to go out of her way to help me with my crazy ideas. She has helped me find good contractors and good deals on items I need (and don’t need but want) lol. I come to this store cause I know she will help make my crazy ideas come to life.

Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one ASAP. We had limited time to shop. We visited the Orange Twp. Home Depot and worked with Michelle Davies in appliances. She was amazing. She asked us if she could help us, was very friendly, and took as much time with us as we needed to make our purchase. I highly recommend the Orange store and especially Michelle Davies. Thanks Michelle - you were great!!

Danielle is amazing even though I’m not a pro contractor she helped me throughout the whole store basically. She help me find tools for my husbands birthday gift and even got me checked out with no issues. She was a life saver for real!!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Miguel during my visit. He was the perfect balance of "this is what you are looking for but this could also be an option". He knew where things were and what was available. Learning that the department that I was shopping in was not his area, only adds to the impression that I got. The store was well covered and the associates were not showing the rigors of a long black Friday. Kudos HD!

We came in looking for a Christmas tree and Brent helped us out. He was very kind and friendly. He made sure we had all of our questions answered, and he even gave us a special offer because it was my wife and I’s first Christmas tree to buy together. He was incredibly helpful

I went in looking for a specific product that was out of stock and Mercy personally took my phone number and called me when it came in! She is so kind and friendly and this was the best customer service experience that I have had at any store ever! She went so above and beyond! Because of Mercy, my husband and I will buy everything we need at this Home Depot because we felt so cared for.

Too much stuff in the aisle , can’t get past employees and other customers. Makes it seem like a cheap discount store.

The cashier Debbie and the store associate were rude for no reason. No greeting, no smile, blunt questions "what else do you want to return?" "what is wrong with the item?" "here is your receipt" A robot can do better.. I wonder if me being colored had a part to play. Because I heard 2 white people behind me being asked if they needed any help and myself completely ignored as if I never existed. I made 300$ or more worth of purchase in the Thanksgiving sale and this is how I was treated. Actually who cares there how much you spend!

Whenever I go to this store, I can always find the solution to a problem that needs to be addressed. They have really helpful sales associates that are friendly and offer great recommendations to help address your needs. I am very grateful for this Home Depot; it's my favorite store!

To build a tabletop, I needed veneer plywood of high quality. Gene helped me choose the plywood and cut it to my measurements. In addition, he placed a call for help to put it into my car. My experience shopping at this store has been excellent.

At the Customer Service desk the Home Depot reps were very efficient and friendly in procesing my return items.

I was not looking forward to my trip to Home Depot because my list was long and I had no idea where anything was located. I walked in and Gene approached me asking if I needed help. I laughed and handed him my long list. I explained that I was shopping for my handyman. Gene took me around the store and helped me find every single item on my list in under 10 minutes! He was a rock star!!! It would have taken me over an hour if I had been left on my own. Thank you Gene!

needed help finding a ryobi blower/vac. they found it for us , carried it out, and gave us our 10% discount even though we forgot the card at home so we didn't need to come back

I am a regular customer (mostly in the lawn and garden department) and I am happy to say that I usually find all of the fertilizer and weed control items that I need. However I did notice that the shelve is empty that did have the gallon size concentrate of Round Up.

Had to get product shipped. It shipped the next day. Great service! Rob D. Went above and beyond!

Great service very helpful help

We just bought a house and had a shopping list that staff team member, Brent, went over and above guiding us and giving tips on savings. Casey helped with our slider screen door .. measurements and carrying to the checkout so we could finish shopping. Smita made it easy to sign up for a new HD credit card which saved us an extra $50. Debbie and Mercy set us up for Xpro and offered to help with the app. All the time so friendly and personality plus. Felt like family!

Everyone at this store has been helpful and friendly. From general conversations, to recommending product to stopping what they were doing to point me in the right direction for a product.

Danielle and Bryan are great. Bryan super polite and helpful. Danielle helped get my project cost down buy me ordering in bulk (who would have thought) for sure will be back.

The Home Depot has a team member named Gavin. He’s awesome! He cares, professional, pleasant to talk to, and he’ll help you quickly and efficiently. Seek this man out for great service

Return was very smooth and staff was very cooperative, even helped in moving heavy product. One place to shop including installation activities. Home Depot Card does offer great value including longer time to return.

I’ve purchased a few things here and every time it’s in stock and the cashiers have always been helpful and courteous.
