No associates ever want to help here. Then when you ask one to help, he is the wrong one. Worst shopping experience every time. I miss Lowe's.

It seemed as though every associate at this location woke up on the right side of the bed! All associates we walked past or asked questions to were more than happy to assist.

I was in to buy flowers, but ended up with 3 new planters. They are awesome!

I was in to purchase flowers for my planters (I always do at least 13 planters a year), and I found some plants I hadn't ever seen before. They are beautiful!!!!

I realy enjoy the large selection of trees, shrubs and plants always available. I wish there would be more locally grown or locally produced products available.

The associates in the paint department were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!! I had chosen an horrible color and they were able to correct and it looks fabulous!

Why were there only one associate at 5.43 pm at the lawn and gaarden center specially since it was such a gorgeous day and a weekend,why was there no management to assist the customer or as if no body cares,there were lots of ladies waaiting for average of 20 minutes to be served,why were the foliage priced incorrectly or is that a customer problem.On the whole a very bad experience and I will try to keep away from this store.

I really love this store for the most part. I think the thing that is a negative is the amount of clutter that is in the aisle in the morning. Some of the aisles are pretty narrow.

Home Depot is a great place to shop. You can find what you need and the sales people are the BEST.

I can't always find what I want at the Naperville store, but this store is always well stocked and has the friendliest associates
