Being a long time resident of Oswego I am thrilled to have this store in my community. I feel welcomed from the minute I enter the store until the minute I check out! I am also pleasantly surprised by how much knowledge your employees have! Thanks for all you do

store was clean and products were easy to find because store associate is available and he was nice, friendly and helpful

Pro desk check out lady Sarah is a big asset to the company, by far the best you have at Oswego.

The cashier Diane helped me save a bunch of money at the checkout by telling about all the ways I could have my order discounted. I saved almost $50! Thanks Diane!

I do want to acknowledge the associate Surender Sehgal he was very easy to work with friendly,pleasant & very knowledgeable about the appliances we were purchasing.

This store is very close to my home and I have always found the products I was looking for with minimal problems. This store is never busy and the associates are alway willing to help.

I have had a bad experience in the past with the kitchen remodel department that cost me a month and a few thousand dollars on a remodel. No sense of urgency whatsoever on the store's part in providing basic customer service or fixing the issues. Also, now they only open self-serve check-outs on the weekends. Customers should not have to do work that you should be paying your employees to do.

I bought an appliance from this store & paid for delivery/installation. The installation was faulty so I declined to accept the delivery unless it was properly done so the delivery personnel told me they didn’t work for Home depot & only option I had was to work it out with store later! Of course I declined to sign the delivery receipt so they left without customer signature of acceptance. I have called the store multiple times & still waiting to speak with management bcz apparently they’re ALWAYS in a meeting! Have contacted corporate & waiting to see if they’re any better at taking responsibility for customer service.

The store is incredibly well organized and easy to navigate, and the employees are some of the best I've seen. I recommend this store to everyone I know, not just because of their service but the fact that this location makes me feel like I have someone backing me up when it's time to tackle a new project.

We purchased our new kitchen appliances at this Home Depot and had a wonderful experience. We are glad about our choice and look forward to the projects we'll be doing in the future.

I am a frequent flier and huge fan Home Depot. I purchase supplies for my business and my home. This particular location seems to stock items on the shelves while the information for said items (usually new products) isn't yet loaded into their system. I've had to pass on purchasing thing's multiple times due to this issue which is why I gave them only 3 stars. Otherwise, everything is GREAT as usual! I never have that problem at other locations.

Easy to find things and the self checkout is usually good. Just wish you don’t need help from employees because they’re either very young or old and don’t want to help or be there.

The Manager is not very personable, and not very helpful. I purchased a stove from them, that went out in 1 year and a day. HIs words to me was so sorry, but you should have purhased a warranty, through HomeDepot which I was not even aware that they had. The sales person was not any help either, he was too busy going to lunch. Which is why I paid off my card. I may go to another HomeDepot if I win the gift card, but I will not spend it at this store. Need to change management as well as the male salesman in the kitchen, and cabinet department. This was over years ago!!

Need a positive customer service experience? This Home Depot has great people behind the customer service desk and on the floor. Employees are attentive and more than willing to assist.

I really can't think of anything to complain about his store. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is available and helpful. I can't think of a time where I have had to wait in lines to checkout. Normally they always have what I'm looking for at a reasonable price.

TEAM OSWEGO Store #1975 is far the best Home Depot around. The team is very helpful, very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

The store is clean and has large variety of products available. The sales person and manager in the kitchen appliance section were extremely helpful in finding the best appliance at the best value at the time I purchased. Not a single person helped me in any other store I went to that day.
