Like this store a lot. I've always found the employees to be helpful and enjoyable to talk with. Have used there installers to put in front and back doors and install new heating/ac. All jobs were to my satisfaction.

I came back to the store after realizing I had forgotten to pickup some plastic lawn edging. Since I've walked the garden center a lot in the past two years, I knew where the product was. I picked up the item, of which there was plenty in stock, went to checkout in the garden center and had a pleasant conversation with the cashier while scanning the item in and paying for it. Unfortunately as usual, when I initially entered the store through the main entrance, the sole store associate present there who made eye contact with me made deliberate effort to avoid greeting me. How sad.

My wife and I visited the store to pickup supplies for multiple projects around our house. While it was easy enough for my wife to get her spray paint, it was a different story for me with the electrical box I needed to replace the existing box that is too short of depth to fit a new zwave controlled outlet I was reviewing for the Home Depot Seeds program. After about 10-15 minutes, my father in-law and myself located the correct box, never having been approached by any floor associates.

Oswego Home Depot is always very clean and neat. I never have to look very far to find assistance. Love the garden department at this Depot!

Needed help buying and filling a tool box for my Son's birthday, Vince was very knowledgeable and walked me to each item. Darlene helped me open a Home Depot Consumer Card and I saved money on the purchase, thank you.

This location needs new management. Not only do store associates waste customer's time needlessly by adding items to purchases or not marking product, there staff does not have the common courtesy to apologize for it. NEVER do a larger product through this store, since the contractors leave damage at your home and sell inferior equipment that they make themselves. Corporate needs to clean house with the upper managment, since customer service continues to be poor.

When entering the store, one of the store associates saw me and greeted me with a smile even if she never spoke to me to say "Welcome to Home Depot" or "Can I help you today?". The store was well organized and so it was very easy and quick for me to locate the exact screws I was looking for despite my wife having initially purchased the screws when I wasn't with her at the store. Checkout was also quick and easy and the cashier there made sure to thank me for my purchase before I left the store.

Store was well lit overall. I was able to locate the kit I needed very quickly and easily without referencing the Home Depot app on my phone. Check out was also very quick and the cashier at self checkout was friendly.

Employees are always friendly, very eager to assist customers, friendly and very knowledgeable. store is organized and clean. Highly recommend this location! :)

I was very happy with the service I got-store employees quite helpful. Plenty of product that I was looking for and the cashiers were very nice!

I came to the store to pickup frosted glass film for the bathroom windows and kitchen windows. I was picking up an identical previously purchased item, but did not know first hand where it was located in the store. I had the product page up on my phone and was attempting to find it based on the showroom location name, but as I was realizing this would not suffice, an associate walked up to me and offered assistance. He walked me directly to the exact item which made this visit 100% perfect and to my expectations.

I came to the store to get a price match on a yard cart my wife and I had purchased about 30 minutes prior after I had forgotten to mention the competitor price during the initial transaction. The Customer Service associate made the experience very pleasant and stress free and did a terrific job!

My wife and I decided to purchase the new Ego 21" electric battery-powered self propelled mower, Ego 15" electric battery-powered string trimmer and the Gorilla 4 wheel yard cart. Since the mower is a hot ticket item since being released, I called the store to verify there was a mower in stock and asked them to hold it by front desk while we drove to the store to purchase it. This was a great idea since two more customers came in while we were getting the trimmer to pickup the same mower and the mower was the last one in stock. For some reason, there was no extended warranty brochures for customers to pickup in aisles with high ticket items like mowers and string trimmers, but an associate radioed for a brochure to answer questions we had on it. The associate also got us a shopping cart to load our items for purchase. At the customer service desk, we started the checkout process for all the items we were buying, though for some odd reason, the Home Depot Extended Warranty option never prompted on either screen. The CS associate had to go to the self checkout register station to get the brochure and then had to manually add the plan for the mower and trimmer. After paying for the items, the CS associate asked if we would like help loading the items which was fantastic since my wife and I both have significant back issues currently. Loading only took a minute or two and the whole visit went perfect!

The store was clean and orderly and the employees we encountered were knewledgeable and friendly it was a pleasure to shop there.

She was so smart. I had a shopping cart and I only had a tube of liquid nails in the cart & she knew that I must also want to buy salt for my water softner. She was 100% correct. She should be commended - but I did not get her name. I was there @ 8:45pm on Tuesday night 3/15/15. At least tell her I said have a nice day : )

We found everything we needed to get started on spring yard work at a great price.

The appliance dept. had a nice selection of appliances and dept was laid out so it was easy to look at products.

I'm always in a rush to complete my jobs, and the associates here are quick to understand that and very helpful!

I would much rather shop at Home Depot vs Others. Associates always willing to help.

An amazing woman overall. Thanks for the help. I would come back just to see her.
