Great product and even GREATER service.

Best experience ever in a home improvement store! I was shopping for a new washing machine and actually got assistance right away. I didn't have to look for anyone and the appliance guy was awesome, really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. With his help, I found exactly what I needed, quick check out and i was on my way.

More friendly, helpful than most Home Depots I've been to. I can actually get down the isles which was next to impossible where I lived before.

The paint department provided superior customer service in selecting the correct type of spray paint for my weekend warrior project.

I had a wonderful experience in the lumber department. Jaime was more than helpful and enjoyable when helping me find slats for my bed. I would come to this location again because they have provided superior customer service time and time again.

I had a great experience when purchasing a large tool box because I needed help and the Associate was very helpful. The cashier Douglas was so friendly, smiling and fun....he obviously enjoys his job!! Kudo's to these two!! I wish I remembered the name of the female Associate who got a ladder and climbed to the overhead to get what I wanted in a new box!!

I was very satisfied with the attention I got at the store. Liz was helpful and did a lot of research on line and in other stores to get me the exact products that I wanted. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants quality products and quality service.

I like all the paint selections and the courtesy of the employees throughout the store. I am almost always able to find what I need without too much help.

There was a very patient & informative young man in the flooring dept. last night who even found us before we knew we needed someone. He went over and above and we left with over $1000.00 of supplies that we weren't ready to buy yet when we entered the store! Then there was 0 line, and the young man loaded our purchase for us.

Always an issue at this store. Either out of what is needed, indifferent and/or tuned out employees. It's just always something. Always leave this store frustrated and disappointed.

As normal employees knowlegeable and Friendly always say hello aand glad to see me there again. wanting to help me even when I know where things I need are. It's nice to go to a store where evey one says hello and wants to help. Thank you all.

I just moved here last week and the store is right across the street. The isles were wide and clean, and items were easy to find. I would recommend to a friend. Everyone was friendly and helpful without being annoying.

We love this store. The competing store right next door had atrocious service, but everyone here was amazing. There was always someone to help, always people there to check you out without a wait, and multiple people asked if we needed help while we were walking in the aisle.

Every single associate that we meet as we walked through your store greeted us, smiled and asked if we needed assistance. The associate in the paint department clearly explained the differences in the choices of exterior paints, The gentlemen in lighting helped me with the dust to dawn light adapter. The cashier offered the 2 year replacement plan on our keyless entry system and explained its value . And Tamisha was just wonderful at the service counter. Your team Mr. Grubbs gets an A+ today.
