I'm in this particular Home Depot all the time because I'm building my house and today the cashier and the manager Tim recognized us! Just makes the shopping experience more enjoyable when it feels like home.

These guys from management to clerks are really good to us and direct us to good deals when you have them. They greet you and make your day and managers go with you to find things you searched for.

This service desk gals are superb! Always very friendly and always super busy. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY KEEP UP! I have literally seen them be verbally attacked and all of them stay gracious under fire. This store has the best customer service of any place I have ever been.

I do not buy appliances every day and was not told by salesman color/stainless/etc are not the same prices. Paid $40 more and the salesman did not say a thing. The cashier pointed it out to me. I guess I still recommend the store, because we don't have too many options.

While shopping ive never had a problem finding help. Employees are generally nice and willing to help you find what you need. However, when it comes to checking out, it's an entirely different story. The self checkout is the only thing ever open. I've been to this store over a hundred time both on weekends and weekdays. In all that time there was only once that I saw another lane open. The cashier's are rude and act like you are wasting thier time if you need help.

The Home Depot I shop regularly I recommend it to any one , they are very helpful and always have what I need

Always in there and always have help ready and very friendly. We know right where all products are easily located. Store always clean.

The Paris, TX Home Depot employees assisted me and my family 4 different times with 4 completely different people and even provided carry out for a disabled vet. The female cashier opened a register when only self checkout was available and we had large items. Well done Home Depot.

We are lucky to have a Home Depot in Paris, Tx. Love the store and the help and knowledge of the employees. Great merchandise and good sales. My only complaint is they don't have enough checkers. I hate the self service because I am old and have arthritis and it hurts me to try and scan stuff. Sometimes you have to turn heavy things over and such and also, sometimes I have questions. Other than this, I love the store and the employees. Need a credit card from them. Ha!

They had what we were looking for at the price it showed on-line. The employee was very friendly and helpful and went way out of her way to help us.

I HOPE YOU NEVER NEED ASSISTANCE IN THIS STORE---THERE IS NONE!!!! IT IS STRICTLY SELF SERVE FROM FINDING YOUR OWN BASKET IN THE PARKING LOT TO CHECKING YOURSELF OUT

I remember when we didn't have a Home Depo. If you didn't make it to the lumber store before noon on Saturday then you were out of luck til Monday morning to get your supplies!!! It was a true blessing having Home Depot to come to our town!!! Thank You! The Watsons

Generally has what I am looking for and i do not have to go out of town to get it.

The store is convenient, located on the Paris loop near Collegiate. There is ample parking. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I use the Home Depot app on my phone to find products. It is a big store with lots of products. As a regular shopper, I have found several employees that I can depend on for advice in their areas. All employees are friendly and helpful.

The survey (for some reason) said I wasn't satisfied with the store employees. That is totally not true! The employees were very nice and very helpful!

I experienced excellent customer service at this store! Terry from plumbing and Dakota from gardening went above and beyond "good" customer service! These two employees and their customer service were exceptional!!!!

Store was clean but poorly staffed. There are not enough people working to answer questions or help get stuff off the top shelf. Those that were there were rude and uncaring except for the last time I was in there and an employee named Billie was very helpful and knew her stuff. Hire more like her and this store will increase sales. She is an example of what real customer service should be.

It would be nice to be able to find help on the floor when needed.

EVERY TIME I SHOP AT THIS STORE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. I ALWAYS HAVE MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES OFFER ASSISTANCE WHILE IN THE STORE. I HIGHLY RECOMEND PEOPLE DO THEIR BUSINESS HERE.

Have been to several other home improvement stores in larger cities and the people here are way more friendly-small town hospitality
