I really like our Home Depot store for all my construction needs. It's efficient and has almost everything I need. When I order online, it is easy to pick up my order at the store. Most of the people in the customer service department and at the Pro Desk are very well trained on what they need to know to help me get in and out of the store quickly.

I had to make an emergency trip to Home Depot as our toilet suddenly broke!! I made a flying trip into Paris to Home Depot! I asked a lady by the name of Melissa if she could help me find a toilet that would fit in the space where it needed to go. In about 10 minutes Melissa & a few other Home Depot employees had a new toilet in the back of my RAV 4. Way to go Home Depot!!! Many thanks Melissa!! Girl Power!!

We usually deal with someone locally in our home town but decided to try Home Depot for our vinyl plant flooring. Darren Fendley was our salesperson and was very knowledgeable about the product we decided to use in our home. I have been pleased from day one, from the girl that came to measure to the speed in which Cooper Installers contacted me to the day Marvin installed it....everything went as planned. I am very pleased with this experience...

Only reason I did not give it 5 star the cashier at the service desk was rude and not findley at all.

we had several items to order by phone. The representative was very helpful and patient in completing our order and got all the details correct.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get loaded. The only reason we were loaded is because we loaded ourselves. Very inconvenient. The lady in the appliance department was great. She’s the reason I gave one star.

Paris, Texas Store is great shopping. Store in well organized, helpful staff and easy checkout. Thanks for the experience.

Would like to receive more help in locating supplies. Would like to see more employees that are recognizable Seems like you have a problem keeping your employees especially your cashiers. Some good ones seem to leave you relatively soon I have heard that many would stay if they were given full time positions after a trial period. Cutting their hours and not giving benefits does not help this

I shopped in all the departments from plumbing to lighting and paint and lumber while upgrading a home for my children and grand children. I look forward to more shopping at Home Depot when I visit and retire there. My grandson Bentley loves HD! It’s his favorite place and he calls it Home Bepow.

Clean, well organized. Have a wide variety of products. I have bought a lot from lumber to nails/screws, to electrical items, to venti hoods to plants. Very satisfied with quality and price. I am very thankful we have a Home Depot store so close to us.

The employees especially in the lumber department care nothing about the customer. The department head is useless and has a fowl mouth.

A number one store with number one employees

We have a farm in Petty, Tx. Moved from Hurst, Tx. Retired from Halliburton 40 yrs service. It is very beautiful here! We have been building 5 years. Started in a tiny RV, built our 900 sq.ft. Shop. Moved into it. Then began building our house buying large portions of the materials from Home Depot of Paris. We could never have built our house if the associates had not known their jobs and products well. Their patients and kindness were sooo important. My wife and I were at our witts end trying to be sure everything was right for our house. We at times had to bring things back just to satisfy what we wanted. We had to be happy. All the associates made us happy. We bought electrical wiring, plugs, switches, sockets, lights, all drywall, lumber, plywood, paint, fans, flours, cabnets for bathrooms, kitchen, bought items to have a State of the Art attic, decking and lights, plugs and switches, lights over our $21,000 kitchen cabinets, facets, blinds, curtains, knobs, screws, took so many, doors, floors, $11,000, insulation tons, propane stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, sinks, tubs, showers, commodes, shelves, and I could simply go on and on. A whole entire house. This has been a life long dream for my wife and I God made it happen, but He used Home Depot as the love living tool to get the job done. To bring joy and peace in our lives. We all built a home. A place we can feel warm and safe. A place to appreciate and care about. I wish someone could see it. It is beautiful. Thank God and thank you Home Depot.
