The store is very orderly and clean. The associates looked friendly and the lady who showed me which isle to look for the door bell was very courteous and helpful.

This place is just getting worse and worse. The clutter and junk makes it impossible to manuever. They are using less and less employees and you can't ever find assistance and if you do ,there's only a 20% chance they'll know about the products. Checkout time needs ro be scheduled if the cashier is named Gail or Denisse, then just plan on an extra hour and hostility. They do have some great employees, but they have very few of them left as of late.

Cashier could care less about interacting with other customers. Talked to other employee during entire interaction. No greeting at register.

If you are looking for help/assistance in this store well good luck. I am 40yrs old but look much younger at appearance and was dressed in a jeans and T-shirt. I went in there already knowing what I needed(by looking it up and making my decision on the Home Depot website) That Paulding County location was the only location that had exactly what I made my decision on buying and the quantity I needed. That is why I went to that location instead of my Cedartown Home Depot location. Now with all that being said, Upon entering the location, the greeter said hello to the couple right in front of me but neglected to say hello to me. Which I was ok with that but just thought it was disrespectful. So I go to where I thought the flood lights were in the lighting section but they weren’t there. There was a Home Depot employee there speaking with a customer about nothing, which I was like ok I will wait patiently. He CLEARLY seen me and knew I was in need of help but NEVER acknowledged me and NEVER said “I will be with you in a second sir” NOTHING to that he just ignored my existence. So I walked to around lighting looking again for what I needed and came back to the gentleman but ONCE AGAIN NOTHING. So I just went walking and found the flood light section (which wasn’t even close to lighting section) but still needed help finding the exact products I was looking for. I had NOT 1 NOT 2 BUT 3 HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEES walk right past me and NOT ONE OF THEM asked me if I needed help. I SPENT $512 on 6 Flood LIghts and not once was helped. The Last thing which ADDED INSULT TO INJURY I did a def check and the LADY who was watching over the self checkout let a lady stand RIGHT behind me as I inserted $100 bills and as I go my change back the LADY HIT ME with her BUGGY ARE YOU KIDDING ME The lady who was over the self checkout should have kept her back but just watched it unfold I SPEND A DECENT amount OF MONEY at HOME DEPOT BUT I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY ST THAT PAULDING COUNTY HIRAM LOCATION EVER AGAIN JUST 100 PERCENT AWFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL

Usually I go to Douglasville Home Depot. Lately Douglasville staff was unresponsive and could not find a department employee to help assist. I go about 4-5 times a week. Staff has been much more friendly at the Hiram store..

Customer service in the paint department is not as good as other departments.

Norma in appliances is awesome and so pleasant to deal with. She deserves a ton of recognition.

Had a great experience with Gary (or Garry) Collins at the Hiram Ga store. This man took a lot of time, answered a lot of questions and took us all around the store making suggestions and preparing my wife and me for a big (for us) project. He told us things we wouldn't have considered and then gave us solutions that we felt confident that we could do. From our first visit to our last (2 visits) where Gary even loaded our truck with the forklift and 2 heavy loads, he was just awesome to talk to and so patient. We will ask for Gary for anything we need. Also Nikki at the service desk finished up our visit with the best customer service and a great attitude. These two folks will help us stay loyal to this store for our home improvement needs.

You know warehouse shopping is a task; but this Home Depot staff members went above & beyond to help me. Thank you.

Love the store, the people or great that work there, real friendly, every body is helpful in every department, no matter what i needed they had everything i needed for what i was working on and easy to find in each department, the store stays clean, an associate was always there to help me if i couldn't find something.

If anyone out there needs appliances go see Tammy she's very helpful, truthful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed!

This Home Depot had the correct item that I was looking for to stain my siding on my house. The other Home Depots did not have it. I was really surprised. Thank you Hiram Home Depot!

Moving to Georgia, I have always shopped at Home Depot. I have tried other competitor store but nothing comes close to the shopping experience I had at home depot. This particular store is very close to my home and I also love the fact the store is open from 6 am till 10 pm and I have all the time to get what I need and get things done. The store is clean, neatly organized. The store layout is very similar to other home depot store I have visited and that puts me at ease. In some cases, even though they have the same brand stores, they change the layout in horrid ways and I would literally end up buying stuff online. One kudos is that You have a great connect between the online digital experience that maps out to your store. I look up on what I want in the app and if it is available in my store it shows exactly which Asile and Bay to look for. During the store pickup the staff was friendly and helped out and quickly to my need. Not much long wait times. Overall I had great experiences with this store.

I came to this location for the first time and was so surprised. I often come with a list form my husband and I need help in the store. So many visits, the staff is nowhere to be found or irritated. At this location, everyone was so very helpful. Even when I checked out, the associate named DIna was so kind and helpful. She looked at my list from my husband and realized I had gotten the wrong size screws and helped me get those. She was really a great help. I will surely be back to this store.
