Good , convenient location. Very reasonable and competitive prices. Great selection of items.

I was in need of a washing machine and the store had several to choose from in my price range. The salesperson was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The only complaint I have is that I have to wait a week before I will receive delivery.

There were several employees available to help me. Gerald Thomas in Millworks was awesome; patient and helpful.

The man at the paint counter was extremely rude and demeaning. We were trying to pick out a paint color and he did not provide help, only judgement and rude commentary instead of helping us find a color that would work for us. Thankfully before we were going to take our business to another store Tony stepped in and helped us find a color that would work for our needs. Tony was a pleasure to work with and was happy to help us.

I bypass 2 other Home Depots to go to this location. Employees are professional, friendly, and very helpful. The store is always well stocked and clean. I love my Hiram Home Depot!

I highly recommend this store over others due to more items in stock to offer and staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you.

I can remember when everyone talked about the great customer service that Home Depot & Publix gave their customers.Publix still tries.The winner is ChicFilet by far for customer service.Truett KATHY expected it from his employees.I will have to say that the Mgr. at the Dallas Hwy location in Cobb Co. Ga. Has helped me at times when I have had a problem.It was Sunday & very busy at the Hiram location, maybe their were not enough employees in the plant Dept.

Angel in the Pro department as well as all the people in the pro department are very helpful and get you taken care of, Ben in gardening is also amazing and very helpful. Over all my favorite Home Depot, and i go to a lot of them!

Bill went out of his way to assist us, even walking with us to the front, setting up our installation order and getting Elisha - who was also very kind and professional - to check us out.

If it was the closest to you, go. However, I have found that as of my last trip, around 8.45 PM 05-03-2018, the store was a mess and employees were not friendly or helpful. Items blocked the isles, items on the floor which created an unsafe environment and other problems. I will continue to go unless I see no improvement by my next visit.

Not enough employees for assistance to help with products. Need more training in their department regarding the products and services provided by Home Depot. Cashiers at check-out need to be more friendly and at least say "thank you for shopping at Home Depot" instead of not a word throughout the whole check-out procedure.

We were able to find the product with the help of a friendly associate. The store was clean and in order.

Terrible service. No associates to assist in getting large items from the overhead.

This store have dedicated and excellent workers that are willing to help customers out as soon as get into the store.

Dave in Plumbing is always a great help with assistance and very knowledgeable. I enjoy just chatting with him for a brief minute when he is not covered up with customers. I call him Super Dave!

Marcos was very helpful in the construction side of the store. Gardening staff was helpful too. All were kind, helpful, and took the extra time to help me. Store had plenty of stock and was laid out nicely.
