I love shopping at this Home Depot. They nearly always have the products I need. The employees are always very professional and helpful.

Good selection and helpful staff

The people are always friendly and usually knowledgeable or will find someone who is. Sometimes if you need specific assistance of some type it takes a while for someone to get there to help you. Once they are there though, they don’t leave you until you have all your answers and everything you need. I wish Home Depot stores would offer their children’s craft classes on revolving weekends. For parents who have shared custody, only one parent is ever able to attend one of their classes with their child because that parent always has them that weekend. Revolving weekends would solve this, also making it possible for any people who may have other regular monthly commitments.

I'm in the process of selling my home and have made many frequent trips. I've had a great experience each time, but this time was exceptional! Today, I met Lockwood. He introduced himself, asked my name, and shook my hand. He quickly worked with me to solve my problem. We tested and tried different options and took a good ten minutes with me. Lockwood was very polite and thorough and really a true joy. He's my Home Depot Hero! :D

The staff at this store are always super helpful! If you need help with something, for sure find or ask for Lockwood. He helped us with cutting (a lot) of plumbing pipe for some furniture we were making and was so pleasant and still helpful with other customers while he was helping us. We typically find everything we need here. Store is always clean and all employees we've encountered in our many visits over the years are always helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Duane Smart was extremely helpful and understanding. He worked hard to resolve my problem.

This is great HD - they always have a good selection of most items I need and they truly have what they say the have online in the store. i have been to others and they are unorganized, out of place, and the employees are always in a mood - not this store - happy helpful people for sure!

Great employees

Store is always well stocked and employees very helpful. One gentleman who works there "Lockwood" is always very friendly and extremely helpful. He goes out of his way to help you solve your problems. He also introduces himself and ask your name. It's like talking to an old friend. I will go there again and again.

I went in looking for items that I had no idea where they were. I was greeted and stopped if I if I could have assistance and immediately called someone over the intercom. I was assisted by Teddy who is an amazing employee not only do I ask what I'm trying to build he asked what I was specifically meeting and he found me the best products he even went as far as to tell me how to use the products to make sure I secure it correctly. Teddy is an amazing person and hes great with customer service.

Clean store. Nice people. It's my goto store for many thing.

The store associate Heather went Above and Beyond in customer service she did an amazing job and is a wonderful people person. She deserves a raise and then some. If you filled every store with Associates like her the sky is the limit for Home Depot.

The store continues to be high on my list with places that i enjoy shopping.

I went in today needing electrical help on a dimmer and some light bulbs. Damian at the CS desk was so friendly and called someone up for me and then came ED and WOW! I have never been more pleased with the help I received from someone, ED is so knowledgeable and he not only helped me find exactly what I needed but took the time to ask questions and make sure I understood the differences in products which is crucial for me since I am going to be a DIY'er. I can't thank ED enough for the wonderful experience he provided for me today! Thank you ED you ROCK!!

This Home Depot has the best customer service than any other home improvement store around. You cannot enter the store without someone asking if you need assistance. They don't point the product they show you the way to the product.

Employee's are friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. The store is clean and I have no problem finding what I need.

I ordered a bathroom vanity on-line. Put a project on hold for a week while I waited for delivery. On the day of delivery I received a call notifying me that the item was not available. Had the item not showed as available or had I received notification sooner than the delivery date, I could have purchased something else. This is such bad customer service that I can't even comprehend how you would think it's any way to do business or retain customers.
