Don In Round Rock Saved My Day
I love shopping at Home Depot and today was quite excellent. I had to design a manifold for water from a chiller to an injection mold machine. I needed it NOW because I have techs flying in to do work as I am flying out on business - so with a rough idea, I decided to build one. I was in the plumbing department when Don approached me to offer assistance. Together, we designed the various "T"s and elbos, reducers and hose barbs into exactly what I needed. My worries are over and now I can focus on other important projects. THANK YOU DON IN ROUND ROCK!!

Great customer service
Sara and Damian at customer service, Terry in aisle 30 - very upbeat, friendly, helpful. I enjoyed all the trips I had to make to get the ridiculous product I purchased work, and then return it when it turned out to be a disappointment. The problem was the product, the people were great.

Amazing store and amazing Representatives! Excellent collection of home improvement items! Don, the store representative helped me immensely to figure the problem with my flush she suggested the location and type of valve for my flush. He also helped me figure the issue related to my kitchen faucet. Amazing guy!

BRAND NEW SHOPPING CARTS!
I was pleased to see the Round Rock Home Depot has brand new shopping carts. Now it's much easier to get around the store without having to maneuver a rusty old cart.
