The Ponce store is at a great location and is a very neat and stocked store. You can find everything you need for any type of house work and others. Employees do care about your presence at the store, and are willing to help and direct you to find your goods.

I had recently tried to cancel an order and the first time I went the employee told me the wrong information, next day I went with the intention to confront a manager for what I thought was not correct and Lilynette D. Cruz explained to me the correct return policy and she apologized to me for the situation and because I had to go again to the store and I live very far from it. She was very courteous and nice to me and was able to refund my money to my credit card. I want to recognize her because she was a great customer representative and even thou she was in pain due to her wisdom tooth’s she kept being a professional and always kept a smile. It made my morning.

need a few more employees on weekends, your staff is having a difficult time attending customers only because there are many.

My experience with the employee, Tania, was great. She knows the store and products, on one hand, and is available to solve your problems and doubts.

For being a Tuesday, every employee encountered while shopping was kind, awake and greeted me with courtesy. One employee gave me detailed instructions in how to find a specific article, and I did find it. Thank you Home depot, you have great employees.

Home Depot is the place where one can find all the products and materials needed for whatever type of home project, excellent quality and prices and as important as the others, a variety of good brands. This store is where my grandson Ian and I shop and have our bonding time, while grandma goes grocery shopping next door we go see tools and gardening supplies we love it here.
