I bought faucet for my kitchen I love it.

I went to look for a replacement lamp for my kitchen fan that I had bought several years ago. When I couldn't find it in the area I was told to by the stock person I continue shopping. When I the stockperson saw me again and ask me if I found what I was looking for I told him no, he went out of his way to get it for me. He got on a standing ouft and retrieved it from the top shelve where boxed unpacked merchandise is kept.

Phalisha M. Negron Negron is amazing employee. She truly had patience and was very professional at all times. She had excellent communication with us. Her interactions with us, behavior, and attitude, always display an authentic concern for our ideas and feelings. She is a floor specialist but took care of us regards all and any other department. She ensured whatever we needed; we were taken care of. She was hand on herself. She covered all bases, which allow us to only stick to her and have the best experience. Doing so represented the company well and ensured a positive customer experience. She really was an ambassador for Home Depot. Represented the company and their ideals. What can I say about Elbin? MY gosh, he went above and beyond expectations. They say no one is indispensable but we are telling you, you need an Elbin (Assistant Manager) in your store. SO respectful, so patience, multitasker, problem resolver, attention to detail, you can count on him not to ignore your concerns. Very busy man. We could have him for a little bit, here and there, but every minute with him things got accomplished. We had the privilege to have Jayson, cabinet specialist, take care of us once. (Thought we would have him again, but, that's when Phalisha came into the picture.) Mr. Jayson very humble, hardworking man. He had speed. That we really appreciate. When we asked for his help initially, he actually was helping literally 4 people at the same time. He did no complaining. Added to that he didn't forget what each and one of the customers was needing. You could see, for him, customers came first. Multitasker x 10. He had some knowledge of all departments. Good customer service. Thanks a million. We will for sure look forward for their assistance us as we continue using Home Depot for personal and our businesses, in Puerto Rico area, as our preferred home improvement retail.
