Evelyn in Flooring was extremely helpful and friendly.

Not a very organized store, and the location was sketchy. The parking lot was disorganized (chaos), and there was no one to help in the store - literally no one. That said, they did have the product that I was looking for, when no one else had the product in the Memphis area, and the nearest store was 50-70 miles away. I will give them credit for that; hence the 1-star rating. The cashier was also friendly. I definitely avoid this store unless I am desperate.

Awful customer service. I wasn’t greeted at the door, despite there being two greeters stationed there. When checking out, I asked the cashier (Renaija) how was she doing, and she didn’t respond. Before leaving, I told her to have a great day, and no response. When I asked an employee to help me in hardware, she told me that it wasn’t her section and kept walking. I wouldn’t dare shop here again.

I was shopping for Carpet and flooring specialist Antayonna Johnson was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive.

The overrall store was great and it always are but they delivery sucks big time thats why i gave a 3star

My cashier Maeghan had great customer service and was very sweet, attentive to my needs and respectful. Great customer service.

It is a VERY busy store with a lot of friendly staff . Most of my trips are fairly quick in and out .

The sales cashier in the garden center, Maeghan was absolutely awesome! She was friendly and took the time to say “Hi!” and “thank you!” to a deaf student. We need more people like this in the world!

Go see the ladies in the Garden Center at our local MidTown HD! They are fast, efficient and friendly!

There are a lot of great people working here . I get pretty quick service a majority of the time it is very close to the worksites I’m at so the location is convenient .

This is my neighborhood Home Depot store and it is my favorite - associates are knowledgeable and friendly and I can always find someone to answer my questions.

Always an outstanding shopping experience every time I go into this location. The employees are friendly and kind and if I need to find out where something is located, they don't just tell me what aisle and leave me to find it myself... they walked me over to the product to ensure that is what I was looking for and if I needed anything else. OUTSTANDING!

Candice and AJ in appliance went above and beyond when I encountered an issue with my refrigerator delivery service. They spent a substantial amount of time with me and the manager of the delivery service to assure that the issue was resolved and all the while maintained a professional and happy demeanor. They should be recognized for such a pleasant and resolute experience.

The staff is cooperative, particularly an Old Gentleman (I apologize that I forget to ask HIS name, when I visited at 6.21pm on 03rd December 2020), who has shown HIS Patience in getting my requirement and the Cashier Miss Cristina made Receipt part with HER welcoming and smiley nature. That’s more than what we expect when we visit a Store.

Mr. Alan and Mr. Nick (I hope that’s his name; for some reason I think it’s Mr. David) were so nice and helpful and knowledge! They weren’t just trying to get me to buy stuff. They told me what I needed and didn’t need. They had sound judgment. On one item, Mr. Nick told me I needed to get something to go with something else I was buying. I didn’t buy it. Guess what? I needed it. I should’ve listened!
