3rs time in 20 days this has happened

I've purchased , car Battery chargers, basic repair items needed to accomplish minor task, Hand Saws, electrical outlet protection devices, smoke detectors, as well as home and job cleaning items, so you name I've purchased it at Home Depot!..my one stop place!

I was not sure the exact type of battery that i needed for my drills and the staff were so helpful and pleasant.

I bought items and had to return one without having an issue.

Scam dont use. They fake as though they refunded to credit card but will hold the money until u check and visit the store.

This is the worst home depot I have ever been Apathetic and unknowledgeable employees is the general rule at this store It is sad that this store is so close to me that is still end up shopping there. Does anybody at the home Depot organization care ????!

Need floor employees to ask customers if they need help instead of customers having to hunt down an employee or ask for help from employees that are near them.

I was pleased with all associates that assisted me. It is so important for consumers to be appreciated. Keep up the appearance of your store and helpful associates.

We had a good experience with reserving a carpet cleaning machine online. It was an easy pickup and return. Employees helping were very nice.

Self checkout closed. Two lines with slow clerks open. Lines went to the back wall of the store.

My shopping experience was great due to the thorough assistance of Brandi. She is very knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the process.

I've been to several home depot and I've been to this one several times this was the first time at this location that an employee went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated the worker that was able to multitasking to help me and those other customers. It wasn't just a job for the young man. He really seemed to enjoy his work.

If you need to know anything just ask -A-I it is very smart and very helpful

I understand that it’s difficult to find hard working, intelligent employees in Memphis… but I also know that a halfway decent store manager could find better employees in a heartbeat, or at least provide some training to the clowns they pay to stand in people’s way.

While I found everything I needed the staff was helpful, however checking out has been not good at any of the stores I visited, registers closed self check not working to say the least at any time of the day, and I buy from home Depot weekly

Decent store location, not very many options as it relates to my needs, better options available online, to do an order pick up.

Customer service on Truse Pkwy is starting to be as terrible as customer service at the Poplar Midtown location. Bring a sack lunch if you have to pick up an order.

My experience at this Home Depot store in Memphis, Tennessee, was very bad, and the service was not up to the standard that I am accustomed to!

This visit: really helpful and polite employees. Not my usual experience in any store - including Home Depot.

What I was looking for was in stock at this location.

My opinion is the same my previous feedback comments today 08/09/2024. One sales person working in tool area. Locked-Up product. 30-40 minute shopping wait for one item. You have to go straight to registers to cash out. No exceptions. It’s annoying!
